I ordered a pair of shoes from an internet ad that were supposed to help seniors with balance problems. My credit card was charged $53. It was well over a month later when a white plastic bag arrived from California with Yuelin as the sender. Inside was a clear plastic bag with a pair of shoes thrust inside. No invoice or list of contents and order number, nothing. Although I had ordered my correct size, I couldn't even get my feet in then. The shoes did not have the size marked on them anywhere and of course there was no box. The quality was quite shoddy. The soles were supposed to be rubber; instead they were some kind of plastic that looked very likely to skid. And these were marketed for seniors with balance problems! I finally found an email address online for an Enjerr service center. I got a response asking for photos of the shoes and the plastic bags showing a bar code. I sent those. The response: we can't do refunds unless there is a problem with quality. I told them the quality was substandard and they were much too small, so that I could not even get them on. Response: overseas postage is so expensive (although the shoes came from California, not China) so we can't take them back. We can offer you a coupon for 20% off if you want to buy again. !!!! As if anyone would be that stupid. They are sorry for the inconvenience. I replied that it wasn't an inconvenience; it was a rip off. They wished me "a nice life." My bank is disputing the charge, since I got nothing that I can use. I am not too hopeful that they will be successful but haven't heard yet.
My bank succeeded in getting my credit card reimbursed for the money I was charged for the worthless shoes described above! So, if you were ripped off by Enjerr, this is worth a try.
Why, oh why didn't I read the customer reviews before I ordered a "quilted" tote bag as a Christmas present. I paid $15 for expedited shipping and it didn't arrive until January 10th.
The tote bag was not "quilted". Totally deceptive. They describe their bags as "quilted" three times. I haven't started the return process yet but based on other reviews I'm not looking forward to it.
The same as everyone else. Ordered a "quilted" tote bag and paid £12 for expedited shipping as I wanted it for Christmas. Didn't arrive until January and is definitely not quilted. Just an ordinary canvas bag with a photo of a quilted bag printed on it. I have started the returns process and they are claiming that there is nothing wrong with the bag - which is true. I am claiming that it has been mis-sold. So far they have offered me a 15% refund. I'm not giving up!
I just received 2 of the 3 bags I ordered today, January 7, 2026. I ordered them in November for Christmas. The bags are not 3D as pictured in the ad. Bag quality is good. It is a heavy duty material with a good handle. I wrote them to ask about my order. I got a reply with no shipping info. Their customer service is not what we’re used to, here in the US. After some back and forth, it became clear that a full refund was not an option, and I accepted their finally agreed upon partial refund and donated the shoes to Salvation Army.
6. The entire process left me frustrated and disappointed, especially since I did not check online reviews beforehand.

I got suckered into buying two quilted tote bags which I was going to use as Christmas gifts. They were never delivered Two days after I received Enjerr acknowledgment of my order I started receiving scam emails and texts. Stay away from this fraud site
DO NOT purchase from this company. Deceptive advertising. I bought a "step-in Orthopedic Hiking shoe". What a joke. Shoe is inferior materials made of cheap plastic and perforated foam. Shoe is unwearable. Not standard sizing. Customer service is a joke. I feel scammed. They offered 20% off another purchase and state that if I return them it will be very expensive international shipping (although the return address is in the states). I rate this company a ZERO.
I received a small cotton bag instead of the 30$ cost for a quilted bag. The bag probably costs 3$
After shipping and insurance that they added I paid $40 for for a $3 bag. They’re total fraud.
Oh and the bag was not quilted as specified. A total rip off.
This company is a total scam and rip off. I saw the woodland animal ornaments that appeared as if 3D with the animals nestled in acorns. Total bait and switch. The ornaments are flat, plastic with poor pictures of animals and cheap ribbon hangers. Did not even receive the animals that I ordered. Many duplicates. Ordered to give one to each of my grandchildren, but they are so cheap looking I can’t use them. Don’t waste your money with these people.
They dont accept returns despite claiming they do.
I ordered 2 pullover shirts and when received them, one had a stain right in the middle of shirt. I contacted them and they said they would give me 15% off my next order, no returns, despite website stating 90-Day Guarantee.

got an ad for this company and noticed that all of their product images for their "quilted tote bags" are AI generated. none of the products listed on their website actually exist and they are scamming people who can't tell the difference between an AI image and a photograph. I really hope their website gets taken down soon.
I ordered three ornaments that were forest animals in acorns. The ornaments looked 3-dimensional and plush. I ended up receiving three flat acrylic ornaments with blurry photos of the animals. I requested a full refund and was told they could only refund me 15% of the purchase price, which is unacceptable. Avoid this company at all costs!
I bought a pair of shoes on the 14th of Nov. 2025 and every time their courier said that it could not be delivered as the address was wrong. Numerous E-Mails, to the courtier but no response. Enjerr offered first 10% refud then 20 and 30% which I declined.Now to my big surprise it was delivered today the 13th of Dec. The driver said that they could not find Gate 3, which was stated on the address as we live in a Lifestyle Village. Australia Post delivered all my parcels and this company drier could not figure it out. So I will never buy fromEnjerr again, Also the size is a problem whilst I checked it on their web site. They are a bit too small.
Shoes are poorly made. Cheap. But the price is not cheap. I paid $90 for a pair of dress shoes that are not wide enough and do not provide enough support. Enjerr refused to give me a refund. They’re in Hong Kong so you can’t do anything about it except this review. Don’t buy from them. Also, I bought three Christmas ornaments that look NOTHING like the internet pics. I paid $30 for a bunch of cheap junk that I'm embarrassed to give as gifts. Cheap plastic that is probably only worth $3! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS!
The company could improve by going out of business. The shoes are terrible fitting. They want you to do all things to even consider a return, but even if you do what is requested, they are not going to take back or refund your money. They got your money and you get a shity shoes, don't even consider buying from.
Company did not respond to inquires. They refuse to resolve the issue of a duplicate order. Do not trust these people and do not order shoes from them. I wish I had read reviews prior to ordering.
