Wish there was a 0 stars option. Don't waste your money with these people. I ordered the socks with the animals crawling up the ankle. Very cute for my daughter that works with children. Well the socks are not cute. They were falling apart with the animals not properly sewed on and cheap looking. To their credit, the socks look comfy. Anyway, they will not refund me even after me quoting their return policy from their website. Still going back and forth. They want to give me a 25% refund with 10% discount on future purchases. Their excuse is the cost of shipping to Hong Kong is too expensive. Their policy is that customer pays for return shipping and I've offered to pay that however, they won't send me the return address to ship to. Very frustrating experience and seems like shoe buyers feel the same way. Buy somewhere else! So, it's now 12/16 and I've been back and forth with customer service. They are now offering me 35% of my refund plus 10% off buying more of their junk. (They say it's their last offer.) Still won't send me the address to return the product. They are still claiming extreme financial crisis. Boo hoo.

Shocking business practice
Very simple, don't do business with this company. I purchased an orthopedic shoe for my senior father. Waited almost two weeks for it to arrive from Hong Kong/China, only to receive a pair of shoes two sizes too small. I took pictures of the packaging bar code, shoes, QR code, etc. and emailed the error they had made. They said we can offer you a 15% refund and a 10% discount on the next order. $127 they took for me to wait two weeks for an item that was the wrong size. They then said they would refund 20%. This was my first (and last) purchase with this company, and it wouldn't surprise me if it is a deliberate tactic to get people to purchase a second pair of shoes. I've now purchased another pair from AliExpress (only $48 and of better quality), which lets you pay AFTER you receive the item. They have full refund disclaimers for most scenarios. Go with a company that outlines its refund policies, so you don't have your money stolen with no product to show for it.

Well I should have looked for reviews. These shoes where not the size I needed. But they do not tell you that they don't refunds, just not exchanges. If it is the wrong size then you and you show them honest pictures of the shoes, then they say, "no refunds or exchanges and have a happy life!" The shoes did come, they are very light weight, and I expect them to tear up in a short time.

I ordered a pair of shoes which enjerr marketed to help with balance problems. The company stated there was a 90 day warranty. I found the shoes to be of very poor quality and with no arch support which I require. I contacted enjerr and told them I wished to return the unused shoes for a refund. I was instructed to email photos of the product, photo of the package it was shipped to me in and a photo of the product number. Fortunately I had all the requested in formation which I email to enjerr customer support as instructed. I then received an email stating that my refund request was denied because they said there was no product defect. This company sells an inferior product and does not stand behind their hind their products. DO NOT BUY From enjerr.

Like everyone I wish I'd read these reviews instead of believe the fake ones on their website! Bought 2 pair of shoes one for me & one for my husband. Followed the sizing guide with the reassurance they state about being able to easily return them if any problems.Mine are OK but my husband's are much too big so much for the sizing guide. When I contacted them they said return postage is too much & to hold on to the shoes (saying to give them to someone else) & firstly offering a refund of $15 for shoes that cost $66 - when I refused that they offered 20% refund - clearly their maths as well as their shoe size guides are bad as 20% is $13.20 so not sure why I'd refuse $15 but accept $13.20. Now progressing my complaint via E-Commerce/Paypal

I received shoes finally. I ordered 14 wide. I was not able to get foot into shoes as cut way too low. Contacted to return and received a “jump through hoop” responses requiring photos of package, shoes, order numbers etc. I responded and was told “Sorry” no returns or refunds.

This was a mistake . The product was not what hey said it was. The sweaters were not cashmere as it was pro ported to be. One sweater came with buttons missing. Ordered one black and one pink - I was shipped two black.

Purchased a pair of shoes directly from Enjerr. Shoes are smaller than the size, a size 8 is not a true size 8. I tried to send the shoes back for a refund, as their site says they have a 90 day money back guarantee. Found out that it does not mean 100% money back guarantee. They gave me two options, 15% money back or a 15% discount on a future purchase. Are they kidding, no. They also told me I could give the shoes away if they do not fit, unbelievable!

ENJERR is selling JUNK, the same junk that POETCHIC sells. The photos of product in their ad are tremendous but the crap shipped from China is JUNK. DON’T BUY THEIR JUNK. I DID AND REGRET IT.

They are advertising again, this company pops up again and again. Please don't fall for their tricks. They will send you a product, but it will be the wrong size or two lefts or two rights instead. If you try to exchange or get a refund, they will ask for a extra fee to do so. The shoes I received were such poor quality I had to throw them in the bin.
