I just received the sea glass ornament advent calendar and it is the biggest piece of garbage I have ever seen. A complete and total scam. Never order anything from this company.

What a piece of CRAP. I bought one of their caps. The real cap looks nothing like the win the advertisement. The cap in the advertisement looks of good quality while the real cap is just junk. I ordered shoes from this Enjerr site. I NEVER received my shoes because of insufficient address! That is pure lies!! I reached out to them several times telling them exactly how to send my shoes and they assured me they would do just that. Come to find out they were lying all along! I asked them for a full refund and they said they would refund 15% of the 58.67. They are CROOKS
I bought 3 of their hats. They looked great in the pictures. They are however very small. A Childs size hat. They come shipped in an envelope that is vacuum sealed. It is smashed and very wrinkled. I had saved the packaging and was able to send in a request to customer service about my disappointment. They replied. I sent the requested photos. They offered a refund of 15% and keep the hats. Buyers pay the return shipping back to China and 15% would be my best option. I said your 90 day satisfaction guarantee says full refund. They replied with a 25 % refund which I accepted on my $60 purchase. Be aware. The hats are sized very small. Disappointing, but they are responsive.

I advised that that was insufficient, and I again requested the shipping address. 6. Over the following 5 weeks, I requested the return address 13 times, but they refused every request. They upped the refund offer from 20% to 25%, 35%, 45%, 50%, 55% and finally 60%. At that point, I gave up and agreed to 60%, if and only if it was returned within 48 hours. They must have been really crazy to get rid of me, as the refund was received within 6 hours. 7. My rating of 1 star is extremely generous, but since I can't give less than 1 star, you will have to imagine my intended rating. 8. Oh, they offered me a 10% discount on future orders. Yeah, right!
The hat in the photo looks well constructed and with vibrant colors....also says made in the USA. In reality it's a cheaply made hat nothing like in the photo. It was $25 (after 50% off) but is more like a $5 knockoff. Waste of money!

They are the worst company. Can't speak to a human. Maybe they can't speak english. Just an email communication. I ordered 2 hats here they were out of stock but did not communicate this to me . Just giving me bullshit answers. I found them on Fox News site. I intend to go to them next. One other thing the hats had no label of who made them. Is that have they shirt tariffs. F THEM.
TURNING POINT USA- The item that I ordered is not the item I received. The are refusing to give full refunds since they feel its accurate. I ordered the Turning Point USA hats. It was a white hat with the navy logo. They sent white hat with white logo. Do not order from this company.
DO NOT do business with these crocks. They will tell you the shipment can’t be delivered due to wrong address, then tell you their logistic company return to China for destruction. This is after dozens and dozens of email, IM, chats…. Then they will say the best they can do is refund 10% and after dozens more communication go up to 30%. Worse business transaction ever!
At first I thought I got scammed. But the hat I ordered did arrive about 1 month after I ordered it. But….. it really isn’t close to the quality in the picture on-line. I paid $25 and $10 shipping for a hat you could buy at the swap meet for $10 or less. So 2 stars for actually filling the order but (0) stars for quality and false advertising.
Ordered the Gnome Advent Calendar. The item received was less than one third the size of the one in the advertisement. This represents outright fraud. This site is dishonest.

Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. Like many others the shoes took a month to arrive, are very poor quality and don't fit. When I asked for an exchange they said they don't do exchanges because the shipping cost is too high (shoes actually come from China). They also refused to refund my money even though their ad says refunds and exchanges are easy and free with a money back guarantee. Bottom line, this company is a fraud and a scam.
The shoes are poorly made and do not fit properly. Enjerr will not accept returns for any reason and did not resolve my issue with the poor fit. I highly recommend avoiding this brand.
If I could give negative stars I would. The shoes were very inferior, with hard plastic soles that slip on carpet, so not even usable as slippers. When I requested return instructions they made me send photos of the shoes and bar codes. They then offered me a 20% refund, and explained the shoes must be returned to Hong Kong, which would cost more than the shoes. It may be unrelated, but within 30 days of giving this company my credit card information I had more than $2500 in fraudulent charges against the card. A scam alert website reports this is not unusual with this company.
