Terrible shipping

The pricing of the product are ok but shipping is terribly high cost and unreasonable long. I've ordered a phone and got I delivered after more than 5 week, 10 days after the last day of estimated delivery. Etouren claims that is was due to customs in France, but the didn't fulfill the shipment for almost 2 weeks. No compensation for the delay, (cost of delivery in total 75 euro). I will hesitate before ordering from Etoren again.

I bought this for my son

I bought this for my son. He likes it. Receiving quick, after order just 9days and I got it. I just disappointed for plug, it was not US type so we couldn't use it.

Good packing and delivery

Ordered on 20th of Aug and product delivered is Sep 17th.Late delivery and stuck at customs but i an happy about the package.India custom duty is very high.Half the amount i paid

Good products and service

I have ordered a Galaxy S22 Ultra (17th of august), i received the phone in Sweden 29th of august. The delivery time could be improved to be more quick, it could be just 2-3 days not more but i understand the delivery should go in bulk to a european country first before it will be shipped further to the specific country. Etoren was good, answered my questions, but later when i had further questions, they couldn't answer and asked me to check by myself in Samsung's website. This could be more improved to satisfy the customer. I highly recommend Etoren.

My delivery from etoren finally arrived

Updated: my package was finally delivered. It seems like it was lost by DPD, the courier. They did manage to find it and deliver it to me after a month of chasing. This is a relief to me but I did feel powerless until the package was found. +++++ My delivery from etoren has not arrived. It appears to have been stolen. Chasing this down so far has been stressful. No replies for almost a week on my status. I paid extra for insurance so expect a replacement delivery or refund but it has not arrived yet.

My experience with Etoren was great! I received my order on time and well packaged. Their communication was good. If I were to offer one criticism, it would be there answer to one of my technical questions. I felt they did not put in the necessary effort to research the answer. Inevitably, I found the answer after some research, but they should have known. Otherwise all great!

Etoren's service was great

Etoren's service was great. They were prompt in responding and the lens is in great condition. I gave 4 stars because of the delivery company they picked to deliver. Delivery left the lens outside my house on my flimsy shoe rack and did not inform me. The lens could have been stolen or dropped off and become damaged. Thankfully it did not happen. Don't pick ninja van to do your deliveries.

Be very careful with this seller

Be very careful with this seller, they tends not to respond to any of your request on cancellation and when you then later ask for return of the purchase, with the good literally untouched / brand new. They will ask for 30% restocking fees plus chunck of other administrative fees.

My order was not dispatched in any timely manner which extensively delayed delivery

My order was not dispatched from overseas until 4 days before the latest arrival time and if it wasn't for me travelling to the delivery services depot it would of been nearly 2 weeks late. I had to make my own phone calls to follow up and organise for myself to go to pick the package up. My complaint is that the package was not organised for delivery in a timely manner and even then I had to organise the packages delivery/pick-up myself.
