Event Tickets Center

Hi, Nic. Because many venues utilize third-party mobile entry, tickets frequently require transfer acceptance through a specific app. Some mobile delivery options cannot be saved to a digital wallet. As a resale marketplace, all orders placed through Event Tickets Center are backed by our 100% Buyer Guarantee to ensure valid ticket delivery. Please reach out to our support team directly so we can locate your order and help you access your tickets immediately. You can contact us by email at [email protected] or call us directly at (855) 261-6909.

Hi, Jennifer. Event Tickets Center is a secondary resale marketplace, not the venue box office or primary ticketing outlet. We do not redirect users from external websites. Because we operate as a resale marketplace, verified sellers set the ticket prices based on current market demand, which means prices can be above original face value. Our platform provides a secure environment for fans to buy valid tickets, with every purchase fully backed by our 100% Buyer Guarantee. If you have further questions about your order details, please email us at [email protected] so our team can assist you.

Hi, Laurie. We see that you said once you turned your VPN off you were able to claim your tickets. We would greatly appreciate an updated rating/review!

Hi, Ralph. As a resale marketplace, Event Tickets Center does not set ticket prices. Prices are listed by licensed/registered resellers and reflect current market demand, which can be higher or lower than original face value. Every purchase on our platform is backed by our 100% Buyer Guarantee to ensure valid tickets and a secure transaction.

Event Tickets Center operates as a resale marketplace, ticket details—including section designations such as Upper Level 215—are provided by sellers and displayed during the purchasing process so buyers can review seating locations before completing an order. Options are available to help you list your tickets for resale on the secondary market to recover your costs. If you need assistance with listing your tickets, please reach out to our team at [email protected].

Hi, Matthew. As a resale marketplace, ticket prices on our site are set by verified resellers and reflect current market demand, which means prices can sit above or below face value.
