I have used Fansells for around 3 years for diamond painting and cross-stitch and never had a problem, I ordered recently a cross-stitch bundle, I had 2 custom canvases both were pictures of my son, one picture was not quite suitable for the size I wanted, I was contacted by Amy from the customer service department she had compressed the picture and was asking if I was happy with it, of course I was and that issue was sorted out. A few days later Amy contacted me again to inform me one of my items was no longer available and did I want to choose something else or would I like Amy to choose, I said Amy could choose (as I really did not have time to look) she came back with a choice of canvasses and I chose which one I'd like, all sorted within a matter of 5 minutes!! Fansells customer service department is second to none, Amy was absolutely fantastic she sorted all the issues straight away didn't leave me waiting and keep checking my phone for an reply email (not like other companies) I will never order my diamond painting's or cross stitches from anywhere else. Great prices, top notch quality items (don't be put off with the prices thinking the things are going to be low quality and cheap looking they really are top notch) One of the best customer service teams I ever dealt with... If your looking for diamond painting's or cross stitches, look no further than Fansells you won't regret it.

I absolutely love how the pictures…

I absolutely love how the pictures turned out. The symbols are great. The only problem is is that some of the symbols are in the same color as others. It's hard to tell which symbol is which without looking at the pattern on paper. Other than that, the product is amazing.

Fabulous Customer Service

I have been using Fansells for a long time (5 years +) . I have never had any issues with any of my orders since I started to use. I however had to recently contact customer services for a mistake I had personally made on an order, Amy ( in customer services) was very prompt in replying to my email and helped to sort out my request and all got sorted. Communication is excellent. Amy was very helpful and nothing too much trouble. I love Fansells massive diamond painting range and will continue to use them for my diamond painting addiction. Thank you Fansells and Amy.

Great customer service!

They didn't have some of the canvases I ordered. Contacted me ad worked to find me replacements.

Fansells is great!

Fansells is great! I have used them for several years to support my small business. They are alway accomodating and easy to work with. Whenever there has been an issue with any of my orders they have be prompt with correcting or replacing the issue. I will continue to support and use them.

Great service and items

I ordered cross stitch kit with some quality issues and contacted customers service just letting them know about. Surprisingly all issues were resolved quickly with great results. Thanks Amy. I definitely will order again from Fansells.

The customer service is great for this company. I had quick delivery with tracking details all the way through. I will definitely purchase more from Fansells in the future.

Would highly recommend

I always find Fansells supply good quality products and their diamond paintings always come up beautifully, they are reasonably priced and have a prompt and quick delivery never had a problem with them. Would highly recommend them to anyone

Custom diamond paintings

I ordered 2 custom diamond paintings, Amy from Fansells contacted me to ask if i would like a free upgrade in size. I said yes please. Well they arrived and are absolutely beautiful, can't wait to start them. Will definitely be ordering my customs ones from Fansells in the future and have told my fellow diamond painter friends what good service I have received.

Amazing company

Great customer service! I reached out to the company requesting a certain item, and they were able to provide the item. The items arrived safely and well packaged. I had no missing items. They also arrived very quickly, which I appreciate. I would definitely recommend this company. I will definitely be purchasing again.

I had a great experience. I had a couple of custom cross stitch projects created and they came in looking great with clearly printed symbols.

Trust and professionalism

This is my second order from Fansells. This time, I chose embroidery from Fansells' wide selection and embroidery with a personalized photo. Fansells contacted me because I hadn't chosen a format suited to my design. The contact was very friendly and professional, and the communication allowed us to quickly validate better options. Everything went well, with understanding and efficiency. I received my package quickly and was delighted. The fabrics are perfectly printed, the quality of the threads and the harmony of the 45 colors give an excellent result. I can't wait to embroider. I trust Fansells 100%. Lots of choice, new products, varied styles, and fair prices. The quality and service are there.
