Hello! We do apologize for that, sadly the holiday season can be quite hectic and even when we get it out with enough time, local delays can lead to it being late as the shipping services we use can be quite swamped as well... Of course no problem at all, we will be reaching out to you ASAP to fix that issue for you and ensure we improve your experience with us!

Hello! I do apologize for that, but your order was shipped in time for it to arrive for the holiday season, sadly however when checking your tracking number we see that it is still under pending status 8 days later meaning that it was lost during transit.... Again we are very sorry for this, the holiday season is quite hectic and we did get your order out on the 17th which is usually more than enough time for it to arrive as it did with many other orders, but sadly we had a stroke of bad luck with yours being lost when it was on its way... We will reach out to via email and do our best to assist you in this matter! Speak to you soon!

Hello! It sounds like your bag is in need of more fill and we can provide that for you! We will reach out to you via email to assist you ASAP!

Hello! We do apologize that the foam pieces are not to your liking, but it should not be causing any issues with your bag as it should still be comfortable overall! We will be reaching out to you via email to assist you further with this and see if we can fix this issue!
Fmbag

Hello! I do apologize for the confusion, but the quickship that you ordered allows your order to go out of our warehouse within 24 hours which did occur with your order! I do apologize, after that it is still Fedex ground and with the way things are right now the shipping took longer than it normally would have... We will be reaching out to you via email to assist you further!
