Items safely delivered BUT......
Prior to using their services, I did check their trustpilot reviews, and most of them are positive reviews, which is a good thing. So I ordered few items from an online website using their "Buy for me" services. All went smoothly, from ordering to processing to delivering my order. EXCEPT COMMUNICATION. *****PLEASE update the customer (for reassurance) of their product from time to time. This company did not provide a tracking number when ordering from a retailer (shipment from retailer to their warehouse). How am I supposed to know when will my item reach their warehouse. Although they did provide tracking for shipment from their warehouse to me (delivery to customer). I don't mind if you do not provide me with a tracking number (shipment from retailer to your warehouse), but could you please update from time to time as to where are my orders currently are. Don't get me wrong, I am thankful for your services but I think there are few things that need to be improved. That is all.

Unfortunately, at this moment we are not able to provide periodic delivery progress updates for Assisted Purchase (Shop For Me) requests. But as a package forwarder, once a package arrives at our warehouse address, we will notify you via email immediately. We would also like to recommend you to use our warehouse address subscription option, where you can use our address to shop directly from retailers where you can also get tracking and delivery progress details.
