Although I did not receive the item I ordered, the customer service representatives Jamie and especially Charlotte went out of their way to arrange an acceptable substitute. The substitute item arrived in excellent condition, it was packed very well to prevent damage. This has been such a good experience with Giftsur, that I will happily recomment the company to others! The wrong order was sent, but after contacting the company I was finally issued a full credit, as the item I ordered was no longer available for purchase.

Total Scam! Ordered two Advent calendars. One of the calendars was not what I ordered. Both calendars were not what was advertised and terrible quality. It also took over a month to get. I disputed the charge with my credit card company because they wouldn't give me a full refund. The product ships from China. The good reviews are clearly fake.

What a bunch of crooks. I placed an order and after a certain amount of time I checked in. They provided me with a website and tracking order. NONE OF THE SITES WORKED! I'M REPORTING THEM FOR FRAUD.

Save your money
When I ordered, I was given a total that included "free shipping." What they failed to disclose is that the package would come with fraudulent postage and I would have to pay the required postage in order to get my order. Items were made of poor quality, and damaged. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
