Ordered two different team whiskey glasses and they are not even close to the pictures on their website. They are cheap and the stickers are crooked and overlapping. I have emailed them now for a refund. We’ll see…if not, I’ll go through my credit card.
There was an issue with one of the glasses ordered, it was disappointing and I didn’t have the time to order another set. I contacted customer support and they were very good about offering me a partial refund on my order which I received within a week of my initial contact. Charlotte was extremely helpful and very attentive to my issue.

I ordered Buffalo Bills glasses but Detroit Lions glasses arrived. Even though the order was wrong, the glasses seem to be quality and they offered to send me the correct ones. Their customer support is the best.
The product was not delivered in a timely manner, and upon arrival, the quality was noticeably subpar. It did not match the representations shown in the catalog images. When I requested a refund, I was informed that a full refund would only be issued if I submitted a five-star review praising their service. I do not condone or participate in such practices.
