Love the clothes but returning is so expensive. I paid £30 to return to the US and also didnt get the refund. So I basically lost £140 - £110 worth of clothes plus the £30 return cost. This is ridiculous. At least the high cost of return should be clearly stated in when buying. Won't buy ever again.

I found some nice tops, but the return policy is horrible. One top doesn’t fit me, but the return costs to the US are around €40. I love the clothing, but because of this return policy, I won’t order from this webshop again.

I received the two cardigan which I re-order for size M. I am so excited and very happy with the size which fits well. They design and quality are good.
I was going to purchase a 200£ trench coat, since I'm petite, I thought of returning it if it doesn't fit, after reading the reviews, I decided not to buy it, the refund policy seems to be strict and charge you more than 10£ lol, and not to mention you only have 15 days to return the order, this must be a joke, glad I haven't bought anything yet, when you improve your return policy, I will come back lol. You are losing customers at this point.
