I have been shopping with this company for over a year now, at first I was doubtful to purchase from them after reading a review that said the customer service was terrible and was practically non existent and refunds never happens.
With my experience, I have found that the customer service team amazing, dealing with enquiries and concerns promptly and was always polite, love their products, hope that the discount system comes back so that it's not as expensive to return an item that doesn't fit well.
I made a purchase on 31/8/24
I ordered ‘M’ size at first but was recommended to order ’S’ size for my weight & height
I was told to cancel the previous order
After I cancelled the ‘M’ size order
I was still charged twice n I received 2packages.
Very disappointed for such inconvenience
