I wish I checked here first. I ordered based on their sizing chart and it was way too small. I also thought it was going to be from Panama, but all labels are in Chinese and it is shipped from China. They offered me $15 to keep in since they would make me pay for the return postage to China I accepted it. Total rip off.
They got me, don't buy from them
They got me! Sent me the wrong size, cheap paper hat. Wish I had checked this site before I purchased. Only good thing was I went through Paypal, so I have recourse, since I'll never get satisfaction from them.
False advertising
False advertising! I ordered a Panama hat in size 61 hand made in Ecuador. I received a small Chinese made paper hat... I wrote them to tell them about the mistake, they offered a $10 refund if I was unhappy.
Bait and switch
Bait and switch. The hats I ordered are not what I received. They are cheap pieces of Chinese crap. Look like they are made for children's costumes. When I asked for a refund I was refused. Total scam! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Following a Facebook add to the website of hatsfashion.com on 8 June 2023 I ordered a "Clint Eastwood Poncho" supposedly made out of a Alpaca wool mix and to save on shipping cost added two hat feathers to my order. What a ugly surprise seeing what I received! The "thick and soft Alpaca wool" poncho turned out to be made of a t-shirt thin, stretchy polyester material and the measurements were much smaller. NOTHING like the advertised pictures on the website. And the hat feathers were total different style and colour. Mailing hatsfashion.com resulted in a automated reply that the whole customer team is on vacation. Smelling rotten fish I promptly opened a case with PayPal on 23 June 2023. My action led the seller to email me and offer a measly USD15 partial refund on a USD54 purchase. For a full refund I would have to return the items to a adress in Shenzhen, China but the seller advised against it out of economical reason and that quote "the rate of lost shipment is relatively high" . A obvious tactic to persuade me to take the offered partial refund. After a intense back and forth via email I finally escalated the case to a claim with PayPal on 25 June 2023. I presented comparative pictures of the products received with pictures of the sellers website to PayPal and included also links to this website here and other to showcase that hatsfashion.com is practicing a unethical business. I WON THE CASE and received a full refund from PayPal on 4 July 2023. Do not purchase anything from hatsfashion.com!! Stay away and warn your family and friends. I may add that hatsfashion.com operates 4 different Facebook accounts so be wary of any Hat offers on FB. Take care! P.S. I still have all the pictures and emails for proof.
Ordered two Panama hats in XL, didn't come.
Ordered two Panama hats in XL - received two mediums of very poor quality - contacted customer service and was offered a $10 refund at first and after threatening them with a PayPal complaint was offered half of what I spent and to keep the hats, which I did. This is not a place to shop for hats or anything else in my opinion

This site is a total scam. The items I received (some hats and a poncho) don't even come close to the items that are displayed and described on the website, with regards to quality, finish, or even the materials. This is cheap quality (to say the least) crap directly from China, the website is just a fake front.

Totally untrustworthy website. Customer service non existent. As previous review says it is not based in the US as it suggests and is actually based in China. I ordered two hats - one vintage rose and one blue and what I received was one brown and one yellowy brown. Both hats were squashed into a very small box which meant that although the box was completely intact the hats were badly misshapen. When I contacted customer services they made no apology that they were wrong or that they were damaged...simply said I could send them back but at my cost (which included postage, import taxes and fees amounting to £42!!!!!!) I stood my ground in several email messages and each time I got told it would be too expensive for me to send back but no offer of my full money back? So having spent $92 on two hats my offer of a "refund" is for me to send the hats back at my expense and they will only give me $40. I'm not sure that they even deserve 1 star. Do not buy from this site.

This products are a real scam. The hats look very nice in the brand website, but they are from a poor quality, and the pictures are stolen. I made my claim to them. I have pictures that I sent them and if you want I can show you They answered me and offered a refund for USD 15.- when I paid USD 66.04.- I am not interested in a refund. I want all people know that HatsFashion is a scam. If you want I can send all pictures about my purchase. Besides, they look as an american brand, but they are Chinese. One more thing. I bought in March 29th and the sent the good on May 5th.

BUYER BEWARE!! 1. I ordered two hats May 5, 2023, and after two inquiries, finally received product June 13. 2. Email correspondence revealed this is NOT a US company, but based in Hong Kong. 3. Merchandise was packed into too small a box, crushing two hats stacked together and creasing the felt. 4. Two Medium sizes ordered; received one Medium and one Large. 5. Neither hat resembled in any way the "Aged" appearance shown on both FB and website. 6. Customer Service response to my complaint was to offer a $15 refund (on a $50 item) and advise me to give the hat to a friend. Blatant misrepresentation of the company, products, and service. Don't waste your money.
Destroyed Shipment, 3+ months late
I have made an order over three months ago. Over one month later the shipment was not sent, I had contacted the vendor to cancel my order. Instead, they had shipped the product a day after my complaint and then said that they can't refund me because the product was already sent. They have consequently kept on refusing to cancel my order although they have breached the terms of service and deadlines. The shipment has finally arrived 3 months after I've made an order. It was poorly packaged and the contents were completely destroyed. The post office had advised me to refuse the delivery because it was shredded to pieces. Certainly they won't send me my money back. Which means that I'm looking at another 3 months of waiting for replacement item, if they even send one. I do not need this item anymore. However as the payment was done via bank transaction it can not be reverted through the bank. Money was stolen. These people are the lowliest of thieves and scammers. You are better off throwing your money out the window in hopes of the wind blowing a random hat back to you in return.

I wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered because my experience was just like everyone else's. Ordered two hats, "Special Box Packing." Evidently, this means they stuff them, folded, into a small box together ... The hats themselves are nothing like the pictures on the website, they are extremely poor-quality one-size-fits-all junk. Contacted customer service, but they apparently do not have the merchandise they advertise - they offered me $20 to keep the hats, claiming that I couldn't get a full refund unless I sent them back at my expense because their margins are too low and they have to cover costs. I was eventually able to push them to about 50% of the original purchase. There are apparently multiple fake companies who share the same webpage design, styles, etc., all implying that they are in various countries like the US and Italy, but the company is actually in China. The partial refund came from “Yaoke Digital Technology Co.”

Company is based in Hong Kong though they try and appear to be American. Items shown appear to be quality hats made in Italy. What you get is a cheap hat made in China. The materials stated are not what you get. The hats are seriously over-priced for what you receive. The tracking wouldn't give me any information initially. The website contact email wouldn't work. I eventually got in touch via the email address that was on the Paypal invoice. Thanks to Paypal, I got a refund. There are several companies/ websites using exactly the same pictures. I would say they are all Chinese scammers. Avoid

I saw an ad on Facebook and ordered a few items in mid-April, but the items I received were completely different from the photos and were junk. I paid for the high shipping cost and returned it immediately, but the address given as the shipping address was fictitious, and the package was kept at the China Post Office for more than a month with an unknown address. I have emailed customer support several times with no response. I wouldn't expect a refund. I would like to give 0 stars.
