Get the people who are making the hats to look at the pictures on your website, because what I received was nothing like the pictures. Secondly do not advertise a easy return policy, because that is false advertising. Thirdly stop making hats because you obviously are just ripping people off with the crap you produce.
I wish I could get a zero star. I’ve been over three weeks still no product no hat. Every email I get is is coming which is BS so I have went on the email to get a refund and I disputed it with my card and I went on their Facebook page and said what a bunch of scammers they are, so please do not order from them because they are not legit at all

What I ordered based on the photo and what I received were completely different. And the quality was awful. Just terrible. Took two months to deliver although the website said "in stock." DO NOT order anything from this company. EVER.
Terrible. Scammers and poor quality. I Ordered 5 hats and quite a big ($$) order. Was supposed to receive by mid March… contacted them asking why it hasn’t shipped and was told was in production. Took another 45 days to ship. Got my hats today… ALL GARBAGE. Terrible quality, color (even black) is way off… my two “distressed” hats are wrong color and spotless new…. Not distressed. Do not order from this crappy company. I warned you. Find another reputable vendor.
I ordered a thick alpaca wool poncho and was sent a poncho that is made of I believe polyester and is as thin as a bed sheet. The website says free returns within 30 days. I emailed the company right away to start the refund process. Instead they offered me $20 to keep the item and give it to somebody else. They said that returning the item would not be economical. I sent them a screenshot from the website of what is advertised and the return policy. They continued to offer me the $20 and would not acknowledge their return policy. They said that I could send the item back to the Guangdong Province in China but they will not pay for shipping. I finally had to dispute the transaction with my bank.
I ordered a Panama hat, I got a paper hat. And they are using Amazon delivery system ???? Wake up Amazon and make statistical honesty checks at the very least.

Shocking hat, wrong size sent, crown to low for anyone. Picture on site is one of a Stetson make, this is not what was sent. Poor packagimg also so hat completely out of shape at the sides. Now to try and get a refund.
Placed order of a hat, in the size I need) marked "in stock" on their website. Waited 4 weeks, then contacted them asking why the order hadn't been dispatched, replied with "it's still being made". I pointed out "still being made isn't "in stock". I was told I would recieve the hat in 3 weeks. After a 4 week wait contacted them again - only to be told the hat (still marked "in stock" for my size) was a new line and my order was a "pre-order", and they would start making the hats mid-May with a 3 - 6 week wait from there. Useless customer service, contradictory information given to the same enquiery - both of which also contradict the info on their website. Add to this there are at least 5 or 6 other "bespoke hat makers" all using the exact same website layout, photographs, promotional material, wording etc - would not use this (or any company described) again. Everything is deeply suspicious once you start looking.

SCAM. I’d give a negative number if it was available. These are Chinese clown hats! The felt, if you could call it that, is more akin to cheap craft felt. The headband is not leather. Maybe sone Chinese plastic. I’ve Owned many quality cowboy hats. These were shipped in a shoe box. The size was more like one size fits most. The website is completely and totally misleading. There’s no truth in their advertising. Stay far far away Dacron this outfit. When I tried calling there was no response. I finally hit a few emails that was obviously from a non-English speaking person. Terrible with customer service. When I tried to return them the post office told me I’d have to pay almost $40. I paid $75 for the hats. I’m sure I’ll never see my $$ again but I’m not about to spend more money hoping they’ll return my payment. This is a huge SCAM. Stay away.

If I could, I would give less than 1 ⭐. I knew I had a problem when the company name on that charged my card was different. Then I ordered two wide brim fedora hats. Both came pressed together in a box the shape of a shoebox. Very poor construction. The ribbon around the base was uneven and poorly glued. I should have known not to expect quality from a $40 🤠. False advertising. DON'T DO IT!!!

This outfit is a TOTAL SCAM. Says their western hats are made in the U.S.A. in Garland, Texas (not far from me). Placed an order, discovered they are shipping from China, which means it is more Chinese made crap. Sent 5 emails to cancel the order, all ignored. This piece of felt crap (not beaver) arrived in a box so small I couldn't believe a hat was in it. Total junk. Website says the hat band is leather, hahahaha, it's made of felt. I don't know why they ask what size you want because it's a one size hat with drawstrings. What a joke.Their pictures are totally phony, the verbiage on their website is a total lie, run from this company as fast as you can. Complete scammers.
