Placed order on Dec 22, as of today Feb 19... package never received. They keep saying delivered but with no evidence. True , responsible retailers would make it right. They are a scam and are theives!

Hat I received was not like the one pictured and band was missing. I contacted them and asked them to send me the band and they told me it would be too expensive to send it! I’m furious! Hat won’t even sit all the way down on your head. Cheap costume hats!

It's bait and switch. The material, size and style was NOT what I ordered. I purchased 4 hats before I realized the scam. Do NOT buy from this vendor.

A REAL SCAM STAY AWAY! First it took almost 2 months for the package to arrive from China. I ordered the Yellowstone and the President. Yellowstone arrived way way too big. I ordered a size 7 (my husband has several cowboy hats, so I know his size) and he can put both hands on his forehead, and it's still loose. It has a huge black stain at the top, and you can see a long line on the back of the brim where the felt wasn't pressed correctly. It looks like water damage. President: That one is a real joke. I received a black polyester cowboy hat with a wire all around it to give it shape. It has nothing to do with the description and the photos on their site. It's described on their site as their top of the line 100x fur with a 10-karat gold buckle. The one received has a plastic, chrome look-alike. It even has the cheap cord inside to adjust the size like on kids hat. I bought those hats because on their website it specifically says that they are both USA-made in Garland Texas. When I inquired about the tracking from China, they said that they were handmade and what I ordered was out-of-stock in the USA, so it was coming from 1 of their warehouses. Then when I received it yesterday, I complained on Messenger, and they said, "after-sale department" would contact me and then blocked me on Messenger and Facebook. I then got an email from them saying that since I was unsatisfied, and it wasn't a quality related problem???? I needed to return it to China for refund (so now they are no longer a US-based company as they claim on their site....). They suggested I didn't do that because it was too expensive for me. Here's an excerpt of their email: "We do not recommend that you return the parcel, this is very uneconomical, we can discuss to give you a certain amount of compensation, you accept our hats, send to the right person, as the company is also need a certain amount of money to make hats, pay the labour costs as well as transport costs". So, they sent me fake products, but I have to understand that they need money. Isn't that the definition of a scam???? I then got a second email suggesting a mere $60 reimbursement and here's how they justify that ", from the company's point of view, the cost of goods, the cost of labor, all kinds of expenses need a certain amount of financial support, we are also a thin profit, the cost is very large". I will be contesting this transaction with Paypal as these products are fake and definitely not what they advertise on their website.
bad Quality and packaging
Yes, the packaging was in a box but the box was way too small for the fedora I bought. In the end, the hat was crumpled. also, it is not WOOL as per advertised it feels like paper (felt)

The hats I ordered took weeks and weeks to arrive, when I finally received them they were packed in a shoebox and so crinkled etc. And then I found out that they were cheap plastic ones which did NOT represent the ones I ordered, now I will try to get my money back. This was to be a 100X Beaver Western hat, lined and representative of the picture. It came in a shoe box, complete junk! Never again. This company should be sued for fraudulent advertising. A word to all, do not be mislead by the advertisements they are not a representation of what you will receive.

4 out of 4 products fake…
4 out of 4 products advertised as "handmade in the US" came together in a shoe box. Crushed together. Clearly marked "made in China" and "made of Polyester". Wrong sizes, wrong colors, wrong material. Fake marketing. Tri3d to reason with them a long time via mail bit ended up getting help from PayPal. I'm afraid this is just a scam.
Poor Service
The minute I got my hat in the mail I didn't want it...I purchased 2 hats and they were both delivered together in a rectangular box.... I opened it and the hats were bent and squeezed inside this box in which I've purchased hats before from online sites and never were they packed and crammed in a box thats not even the right size...I also didn't get an invoice because I need one to send it back.The hats were so wrinkled and bent that I didn't try to put it on but emailed hats fashion asking for a refund but seeing these reviews I know I have an uphill battle because I have yet to get a response since emailing hats fashion since Saturday.I work hard for my money to be treated this way and ignored...I just want my money back.....

NOTICE FOR FUTURE BUYERS. This page is a scam. The products they publish on the web are very different from the ones they send to the customer. I bought a 100% wool Harris Tweed cap and they sent me another cap model with a composition of 10% wool and 90% polyester, of very low quality. The return policy, in practice, is non-existent, because the cost of postage to China is paid by the customer, 60 dollars, much higher than the cost of the product. BUYING HERE IS SURE LOSS.

Ist time and LAST TIME user. Ordered 2 Fedoras, #1 Bespoke Fedora Chocolate Brown with Camel Band edge of brim, came all brown no finishing on brim. Cheap quality materials, evidently no quality control. #2 Miller Ranch-SG Trilby Fedora, came with inside unfinished, strips of materials just hanging inside hat, to small, not sure what size it was because there was no label. Was told I had to return merchandise to China at my cost, approximately $30 via USPS at my expense, not what's stated on website. So I would lose money to return items, probably wouldn't get the refund or ever see Hats again. Thanks to purchasing thru PAYPAL, will receive refund thru them. TOTALLY BAD EXPERIENCE, USER BEWARE!! ORDER DATE 1-5-2023, received on or about 1-14-2023 crushed in shoe box, 2 hats! DEFINITELY WOULD NEVER USE AGAIN!!

I did not receive the product that was pictured when I ordered. They sent some cheap $2 hat for the $48 I sent. They want to only give me $10 back. I told them I would what I paid. They will not respond to my messages. Totally SCAM

I am usually very good and somehow they caught me at a weak moment. I feel violated. Will keep updating here but at least I never bought two :)

Chinese scam! They are the same firm as Tlantehat, look at both sites! Read the reviews of the many people they have scammed on FB. The positive reviews are mostly payed for. We pm'd several of them, without reaction.
