I give one star for the prices. However, to be honest, they make up for it in shipping. They charge you premium prices for shipping. At the rate they charge, you'd think your package would be arriving soon. Let me tell you, that is NOT the case at all. Seriously, they gouge you on the shipping and it is for that reason, I will NOT order with them again, until they return to free shipping. I'm not speaking for anyone else but for me, if I'm paying primo prices for shipping, I expect to get my package in a timely manner, not in three or four weeks. And, if my order isn't here in 1 more week, I will be seeking a REFUND. If the shipping was free, I wouldn't care how long it took, but at what I paid, I could eat lunch for two weeks on what I paid them for shipping! Lastly, they will lie. So, take their lies/whatever they tell you with a grain of salt. Don't believe that crap about pandemic this or that. Remember, you pay them good money for shipping so don't accept that as an excuse. I've received an email response from someone associated with the company. And, I stand by my review for the following reason: I've placed numerous orders from (HK, China, Japan) and DIDN'T even pay shipping on MOST occasions or very miniscule shipping cost and received my order within three weeks EVERYTIME. Not the case with Healthcabin. Buyer beware. Order local or from some other vendor with faster shipping. Healthcabin is not the only vendor in the region. Last and final update: Just to give you all a reference - keep in mind this is just a reference. I live in Tx. so your delivery time may differ depending on how much more additional money you want to pay for shipping, your location, product weight maybe, etc. may differ. I placed my first order on 12.13.20, it arrived 01.09.21. My second order I placed 12.16.20, it arrived 01.13.21.

Great store with excellent specials. Its annoying how you need to pay 2 or 3 postage costs on items coming from multiple warehouses. The postage also is quite expensive compared to similar stores. If you only paid one postage fee and the postage cost was more reasonable then i would rate 5 stars.

My 2nd review is less favorable than my 1st for this company. It used to be my number 1 shop for everything. Now during a sale event I went to purchase some items which sounds easy enough 2 Mods both Geekvape brand 1 ships via Shenzen other via HK and some juice which they says ships from eliquid warehouse. So 3 items shipped from a different location each and they want $39AUD for Shenzen item shipping $40AUD for HK item shipping $35 AUD for eliquid 1x50ml bottle shipping Shipping Cost:AU$114.30 For 2 mods and 1 bottle of juice this is not good enough. I will be shopping elsewhere for my hardware. I would prefer slower shipping times just give us an option that you gather all items then ship in 1 shipment.

Products good, and well priced, however, due to the goods coming from the HK warehouse, the shipping cost was ridiculous. All of the Smok gear is in HK, so not really cost effective when including the shipping. I would suggest having some of each type of gear at each warehouse to avoid this

This used to be a great (5 Star) website. Sadly not so any more, they no longer have EMS delivery options to Australia. They try and split juice from hardware so you pay for shipping twice for what used to be 1 parcel. Shipping costs has made them no longer a cheap option to buy from. Orders taking 3+ weeks even when paying for dedicated shipping for 2 orders AU$37.59 and AU$38.88. I used to buy HC concentrate flavorings in 500ml sizes which they no longer stock.
