Great Website!
Great Website with constant Sales, Coupons you can use just by Logging in, Giveaways and many more Offers! I've dealt with their Customer Service only through a Giveaway I won on their Website and the person I spoke with via Email was very kind, answered any Questions I had and followed up with pertinent information. Healthcabin has a very wide array of Products to choose from. Prices are definitely reasonable. Shipping Costs can be high depending on what you're ordering and if you have to pay 2 separate Shipping Costs due to 2 different Warehouses. In those cases, I just Order what is most important and Shipping is still cheaper than ordering from a Vape Website based in the US for the most part, all sadly due to the Vape Mail Ban that shook everything up and increased Costs. I've only Ordered a couple times from Healthcabin, but never had issues with incorrect items being Shipped or Damage issues. I would recommend them and definitely would Order from them again in the future!

A great site for buying everything from the vape industry. Mods and atomizers are original, competitive prices and fast delivery. I have no objection.
The money was finally refunded.
After a couple of days struggle, the money was refunded. The tracking id was not correct so the item was never received before it was returned.
Unauthorized charges...
The only problem I've had with healthcabin is all three times I made a purchase from their website I had unauthorized charges on my card. It was the same place that made these unauthorized charges each time and it was two charges per transaction which actually made it six unauthorized charges. They were from a company called "PetSuppliesPlus". I would suggest that if you make a purchase from healthcabin I would keep an eye on my credit or debit card and look for any unauthorized charges. The last time it happened to me was the last time I used their website. (Update) you responded to my post saying this is the first time you've heard of this but I personally contacted you each time that it happened to me. I never heard back from you)

Dishonest and crooked company
Dishonest and crooked company. I placed an order for a vape pen and the coils to go with it. A couple of weeks of using the coil that came with it, it was time to change it. I attempted to change the coil - the only problem is the coils did not work! Brand new and they didn't work. I'm not surprised because I had spent over $100 dollars for some prefilled vape pens and more than HALF of them did NOT work. I didn't bother with it due to being to busy and the amount of time that went by since the purchase. Due to having wasted money in the past, I wasn't going to let this go by. Thus, I informed them of the coils not working and they informed me they needed a video. To which I replied I could not send them a video of something that doesn't work and I had no way of sending them a video anyway. Their response was to inform me that parts are not refundable! Basically, they want me to pay for something that was supposed to be new that didnt work! My advice is not to do business with these crooks! Save your money and shop elsewhere. As for me, I'll discuss the matter with my bank. I refuse to pay for something that doesn't work.
When I did a side by side mock order I was surprised with my results
I used them three times. I will not use this company again. First of all their shipping rates went up significantly. By the time you factor your shipping costs their lower prices are negated. I've did comparison shopping with two different USA vendors. Both vendors came back with a much lower bottom line price compared to healthcabin. The best part? You are not waiting several days for your order to be processed and it doesn't take 30+ days to receive and start enjoying your purchase. Out of respect I will not mention the US vendors. I suggest you take the time & compare for yourself. The products are exactly the same no matter which vendor is used. So why pay more when you can actually save $ and not have to wait forever to get your order.

A couple of months ago I used a visa gift card to make a purchase, but I just tried to place another order using the exact same type of gift card and the site tells me that payment was declined, I have received a confirmation email but when I log into health cabin site it tells me that the order is still pending, I'm not sure what to do now...

Expensive slow shipping
Place charged me $18 to ship one small item that it took them 2 weeks to ship so $18 dollars to ship one small item that takes 4 weeks never again I will go back to ordering from vapesourcing and 3Avape they charge less than what healthcabin charges for shipping and orders always arrive in 2 weeks or less so if you are a US customer I would not recommend them Reply response I placed my order before the shipping deadline stated on the site but even if I didn't it said orders from the Hong Kong warehouse would ship on Feb 4th but my order wasn't shipped until a week after that I did receive a shipping notification saying it will be here sooner than the six weeks it was previously estimated at changing it to four weeks but that doesn't change the fact that your shipping cost is very high but I appreciate the reply nonetheless Update package finally arrived after 28 days and was in perfect condition and was packed very well so I changed my rating

Hi Joe, the order was delayed out of the holiday, we have the holiday notice on the site when you placed the order. https://www.healthcabin.net/blog/spring-festival-holiday-notice-2022/ We did our best to request the courier company to deliver it ASAP. For the shipping cost and shipping time, we did compare all CHINA based vaping companies, the difference is very small.

Placed an order Oct. 4 first order was never trackable by number given, then after 3 weeks got a reply that package could not get thru x-ray. So new arrival is Nov 12. 38 days for 3 small items less than 1 pound. Never made any attempt to ship priority since they messed up, never even made any attempt to make right. Stay away. Sometimes that happens expecially at peak seasons, packages cannot be on board immediately after we handle them over to the couriers, and the airports & flights are restrict to all packages, for returned packages, we do reship but sorry its hard for us to arrange priority shipping options out of the super expensive shipping fee at this stage.

I like healthcabin, amazing assortment, especially liquids which is difficult to find in Russia, and I like the shipping. Its fast and I've never had any problems with that.

Constantly LIE about shipping
Great products but constantly tell lies and ignore you. Paid over $130 for express delivery, they didn't ship it for five days! They will send you an email the day of order saying item shipped but in reality all they do is create a shipping label, they spend the best part of a week until they give the item to UPS. They take two days to reply to emails and ignore what you have asked with a generic response. Always come back saying they have been off the weekend for a festival but that shouldn't result in another three days until the item is actually shipped. I paid a small fortune for express shipping as I needed the item asap it's a disgrace that you think it's ok to wait another five days to actually ship the item. Have used healthcabin for years but they have really gone downhill. Postage used to be great now it's a luckydip as to when they will ship and if you will actually get the shipping you have paid for. Last few experiences with them have all gotten drastically worse. Do not believe a word they say. They only seem to respond once you open a PayPal dispute. Don't bother wasting your time with these crooks just open the PayPal dispute and then they reply immediately. Would give 0 stars of it was an option.

These people owe me money for an item that was not in my order. DON'T ORDER from them. I opened a case with Paypal. Soon after opening it, my order arrived but the item was not in it. Bella stated your item/order is on the way. However, as stated, I received it but the item wasn't in it. You think they refunded me for the ITEM that they KNEW was out of stock? Oh, NOOOO. She stated, close your case so we can issue you a refund. She lied as usual and I'm still waiting for my refund. DON'T TRUST THEM.
