I placed an order and everything was right on, complete order. Very nice variety of items for E-cigs. Very good prices. Try this place out you will be happy. Also when I had questions they were usually answered within 2 days that's a great time. They were willing to explain and not give me any hassle, they were awesome to deal with.

My experience with Health Cabin

Supplier is honest and reply to my emails quickly and taking so much care to update me with the situation of my order, and follow up with me since the order is placed. I received the order in a perfect condition and exactly as per described in their website, and with a very good packing. They even compensate me with the amount of shipping because my order take longer then what is supposed to take, due to the Chinese new year holiday, which was the post mail problem and not theirs. I will definitely be their customer and place order with them again.

The best product

Won't refund after 30 business days not arrived, says 60 business days is the promised window when it tells you 20-30 business days when you buy it.

The order was in the United States and has been stuck on "departed shipping partner facility" for over A MONTH and has been sitting literally a state away from me. They keep making excuses for why the logistics provider won't tell them what's happening even though it's in the freaking US. I asked for a refund because 40 days is not within the 20-30 day time frame they gave me. Even still they won't refund me, they blamed it on the storm in california but it should have been delivered before that even cause postal delays. They told me if I don't get it by April 28th, which is 4 MONTHS after the order, then I can get a half refund of store credit, instead of back to my original payment method in full. It's bs I have to wait 4 months to get half of my money back to spend on the same sh** store for something that would be gone within a week. Please order anywhere else, Randm.com, aliexpress, Amazon, literally wherever you can find. This company sucks.

Healthcabine have fantastic price, and often gave great discounts. They have a wide selection of e-liguid. Parcel is well protected, and come relativly fast (to Croatia). On every question you get fast and reliable answer.

I always find just what I’m looking for, and great prices at Health Cabin! The shipping takes a little longer, being from China, but the shipping cost is very reasonable. Customer service is outstanding! They respond quickly to emails, and are always polite and helpful. I would happily recommend Health Cabin!

Genuine products, shipping a little slow.

The products I ordered from Healthcabin were genuine and arrived in excellent condition. Shipping was slower than expected and when I contacted them customer service responded within a day. Customer service kept in contact with me until I received my order. They don’t abandon you once your order is shipped. I will continue to order from Healthcabin just because of their customer service(their low prices are also a bonus).

The goods I ordered never arrived

The goods I ordered never arrived. Also, I had to do a lot of work to do a chargeback with my credit card. There is no way to remove my credit card payment method. This is fraud. I reached out to them and even the owner but never received a response. I had to report my credit card stolen and get a new number because I was worried about my details getting stolen. You cannot TRUST this healthcabin....chinese company

The product and customer service are of good quality…

The product is of good quality and the customer service is most helpful. It takes a long time to get it and the tracking service didn't work for me but customer service tracked it for me and were very responsive.

This is my first time ordering from HC

This is my first time ordering from HC, I know its shipping from China its been 11days since I placed my order. The tracking still says that it "can't be found at this time". I sent two emails today stating that I was just wondering ::: Rewrote::: They DID respond back stating that it was waiting on a Flight to be picked up and giving me a new tracking number once it is picked up.I did give this post at first 3 Stars but they responded in good timing so ya...! Does it take 2 weeks or more for you to receive your package? If so have to keep that in mind.

BEWARE: Trustpilot has to be getting paid to…

Trustpilot has to be getting paid to remove experiences like mine. Health Cabin seemed to be ok, until I called customs and figured out that the 3 packages that they had been letting me believe had "cleared customs & was sitting in LA for 12 days without USPS picking any of them up", only to find out they haven't even entered the country after speaking with a rep from US Customs. Every day, they lied and lied, and then when I confronted them about what the custom's agent said, then the story changed to "Oh, it's still in our overseas warehouse". It's been well over a month, and they still continue to lie. Look at all of the reviews and try to find one like mine that says they didn't receive their items....you won't find one. Then, ask yourself, how would any company that's been in business since 2013 selling "world wide" never have a complaint about not recieving their items because Health Cabin doesn't have the things they advertise, and if you have an ounce of common sense, you will know it's impossible. The ONLY way it is possible is if "Health Cabin Pays Trustpilot to Remove those type reviews". Con artist thieves paying off Trustpilot so they don't have a single review of someone not receiving their items since 2013. If you trust Trustpilots reputation, it may not be today, it may not be tommorrow, but go make a purchase from Health Cabin and see how that pans out for you being the have almost 5 stars and are selling items they don't have, giving customers false tracking info from "17Track", and continuing to get business all because Trustpilot is bought and paid for. Now they have replied to this with even more lies. If you ask someone 10 times why 17tracks info was completely fabricated to make me believe my items were in the US for 9 days when they were still in China the whole time, and they avoid the question every time??? Oh yeah, that's fully explaining things. The person who stepped in to help was caught in 4 more lies while pretending to help. Pathological liars. I'll never believe any ratings from trustpilot again. This was worse than a nightmare and they're still lying. If trustpilots reviews make you comfortable sending your money to these pathetic Pathological liars, then you will feel as ignorant I have when they start lying to you with fake tracking info. Also, the person that was supposed to be helping was a smart-ass liar too which made it that much worse. If anyone from heath Cabin replies again, they still won't admit the tracking info given was a complete lie. Rest assured.
