If your going to spend money on these quality wigs, you have use the proper cutting hair shears of the hair, if you decide to trim or cut the length. It truly makes a difference. BEST VENDOR EVER
I purchased my very first wig from Hergivenhair and the length I ordered was too short for the style I was going for. I messaged them right away, and they got back to me within one business day. I was able to return and exchange my wig for the desired length I needed. Just to say customer service was very professional and understanding of my needs. I received my replacement wig this Thursday and I washed it and it is now air drying. From just washing the hair, the hair is soft, VERY minimal shedding. I will be sealing my wefts once the hair is fully dry! I can’t wait to wear this wig and style is how I want to! I will be purchasing more from this company! What are you waiting for?! HerGivenHair has the absolute best wigs for natural Black hair. They come in a variety of textures, lengths, styles and colors. I have never been disappointed! My latest, a 3-in-1 half wig in a coily texture is so natural looking that not even my husband can tell that it’s a wig. They have fast shipping and great customer service. I have nothing but positive experiences with this company.
Hergiven Hair Wigs are the best!!!
The website is very easy to use. I love that you can pay in installments. Quality is not cheap. To date I have purchased 3 Wigs from Hergiven hair. I have the coily 3 in 1 half wig, kinky coily 3 in 1 half wig and the coily all in 1 half lace, most recent purchase. I have alopecia and these wigs cover beautifully. The only Wig I don't like is the kinky coily half Wig. The hair is too kinky and hard. Unfortunately I'm unable to use it and could not return it because I tried to make it work and conditioned it and manipulated it as much as i could but to no avail. I have not been able to wear the kinky coily half Wig at all. I wasted money on that one. The other wigs are fantastic. I wear the coily 3 in one alot. and I wear the all in one lace half alot. I get lots of compliments every time. I highly recommend these Wigs to anybody looking for a natural look.

This hair is amazing I have worn it everyday for the past 3 months with no issues. I wash detangle about once a week. I’ve even dyed the ends. I have the 16 inch and I’m likely going to get the 22” for an event I have later this year.

I purchased the 4B-4C edges coily textured wig 16 inch, full and i must say they are perfect. They truly match and look like my real hair and easy to style. I've done a twist out on the wig and it came out perfect. Nobody could even tell they are wig and they last a week before removing the wig . Shipping was very quick and came in a lovely package as well. I'd clearly recommend to anyone. I just love hergivenhair’s wig

I love the headband wig the density of the hair is amazing. However the cap size seems a bit off overall everything was great. Would suggest you contact the company if you have a small head while trying to order.

SCAMMED - STAY AWAY
I placed an order on March 29th. I've not received an order confirmation or shipping update from the seller besides requesting updates from customer service via email 3 times. This is my second and last time ordering from this company! If I could give it a zero rating I would! I'm trying to get my $$ back now. UPDATE: Numerous emails to customer service went unanswered. Thank God that because I used PayPal I was able to get my money back. FYI PayPal also tried to reach HGH and there was zero communication back. I do not understand HGH business tactics. Assuming all these positive reviews are from paid social media influencers. I have NEVER in all my years of wig wearing experienced such terrible customer treatment.

I am sorry to see all the negative reviews. I know it can be frustrating when you work hard for your money and expect to get a good product. I can honestly say I have NEVER been paid to sponsor their hair! I am a regular hard working customer who have had nothing but a positive experience with this company. Every wig I have ordered was excellent! I have worn the same wigs for years and I have no complaints. The wigs I am receiving are quality human hair wigs. I have never had a problem with shipping or my payment method. The company has always emailed me my order confirmation.

I have loved HGH since 2021. Everyone swears it is my hair (even when I change style and color); it is because of the compliments that I receive that I remain a faithful customer. I refuse to wear a wig that wigs (lol)! The curls, the quality, the diversity, the colors, the lengths, the size options, great customer service and on top of that…the AfterPay option… yeah, I’m hooked! Thank God for HGH. These units have given my confidence back. When I look in the mirror, I love the woman I see!!!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE this company is a RIP OFF. I wish l could give NO stars as this is what they deserve. I ordered a kinky blow out Glam Gracefulness wig and received it on 10/11/23. Upon receipt there was nothing Glam or Graceful about it; the texture feels like horses hair and it stinks. The length which is meant to be a 14” straight sharp scissor cut is uneven and jagged with some bits being longer than others. The packaging is nice though but l would rather have a good wig as well. Hasten to say the wig is now surplus to requirements and has to be returned. Prior To Delivery- upon ordering then check out l was greeted with the additional hidden shipment fees (this made matters 100% worst as it boosted my bill) slightly above my budget. Upon Receipt of Delivery- l received Shipment Airway Bill texts from FEDEX the delivery company. I thought it was fraudulent until rang up to investigate after receiving the texts 2 days in a row. Only to find out from the extremely, professional customer service agent that upon shipping the unit Hergivehair the GREEDY B******* have opted for the ME to pay the DUTY, TAXES and FEES. How WICKED- this company who ships wigs internationally all OVER the world, have the brass neck to DUMP their customers with this BILL. I am FUMING l want my £10.37 duly, tax & fees REFUNDED!!! To make matters worst they haven’t responded to my dissatisfaction and returns email yet. This company DON’T CARE about their customers only the MONEY they can make from innocent patrons who trust and believe that they’re ordering in good faith. It’s like l said you’ve NOW been warned AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! l am fed up of these wig companies thinking it’s okay to RIP OFF customers. These wigs ain’t cheap and some of us have to pay for our wigs on credit the very LEAST they can do is sell us what we see on their websites and expect to receive instead of selling us a DREAM. Hergivenhair UNFORTUNATELY is now LISTED amongst those bands of ROBBERS!!! Hang your head down in shame HERGIVENHAIR and answer my email!!!!
