Hi, I’m genuinely sorry to read your review. Knowing that you were planning to wear the suit to your stepson's wedding and that, in the end, you couldn't wear it at all because of the late delivery and the fitting issues is incredibly disappointing. I can only imagine how upsetting this must have been. Receiving a shirt that didn't fit, a jacket that was too tight with sleeves that were too short, and only having the trousers fit properly is far from the experience we promise our customers.
