We understand that any additional cost on delivery can be disappointing, and this is precisely why we try to explain this as transparently as possible in our Terms & Conditions. As mentioned there, depending on the destination country, an order may be stopped by customs and additional import duties or taxes may be applied by the local authorities. That being said, we do not want you to feel unsupported in this situation. In our Terms & Conditions, we also explain that we may reimburse customs-related charges up to 25% of the order value, which in many cases covers most or even all of the additional amount paid.
