Regarding the issues described, we offer real-time shipping for each mail item, along with the option to forward packages to another address with a choice of carriers and service level. If you require tracking, we recommend selecting a shipping option that includes it. Without tracking information, our visibility is limited and the only course of action is to contact the carrier. Please note, when you choose our one-step ‘consolidate and ship’ task, fewer service options and no pricing information will be displayed compared to a regular shipment request for one package. This is because the price cannot be determined until after multiple items are consolidated, repackaged, weighed, and measured. It is very uncommon for mail to go missing. Our locations are certified by the USPS as a Commercial Mail Receiving Agency, that receive and manage mail securely and professionally. Hi DT, Thanks for your review. The USPS requires that the Form 1583 be completed, notarized, and filed with proper IDs in order for the mail center to accept mail on your behalf. To help prevent fraud and protect both you and the mail center, forms must be signed in their presence or notarized using our online notary service for $25. Sign up steps, including the notary fee, can be found throughout our website. In addition, this information is also in the welcome email and within the notarization steps. However, if you don't complete the forms, you can still use the address for your business without the mail function. This is why your account was charged whether or not you file the Form 1583. Many customers use our addresses this way. Our records show our team reviewed your forms and sent them to your mail center for final review. The approval process takes 1-3 business days. Since your forms were sent to your mail center on Friday 6/12, this is still within our service standards. To expedite the process, we recommend reaching out to your mail center directly.
