We see your mail center contacted you by email regarding temporary changes to its business hours due to renovations. Our records also show you successfully picked up mail items on 6/16. We will, of course, follow up with your mail center to ensure the system is working properly and that they complete tasks in a timely manner. We take customer privacy very seriously. All locations are approved by the USPS as a Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA). Your mail is securely stored until you request that it be forwarded, shredded, discarded, or picked up. We see you previously corresponded with our team via email, and reached out more recently over the last few days. Our Customer Service team is available via chat, email, or phone, Monday-Friday, 9am-8pm ET. Tickets are answered in the order they appear in the queue. We are adding Customer Service representatives as quickly as we can, but increasing demand for our digital mailbox service has created an unusually high volume of calls and emails. Regarding the issue described, the USPS requires Form 1583 be completed, notarized, and filed with proper IDs for the mail center to accept mail on your behalf. If you did file forms, they should have been approved so your mail could be received, or you should have been notified about what is missing or incorrect. Our dedicated 1583 team reviews forms within 1-3 business days and sends them to your mail center for final review. To expedite the process, we recommend reaching out to your mail center directly. All fees for the Optional Services provided are listed on the Pricing page on our website. Details on pickup fees are available by each address listing. Hi Hamza, Thanks for your review. The USPS requires the Form 1583 be completed, notarized and filed with proper IDs. This is required in order for the mail center to accept mail on your behalf. If they are not completed, you will still be able to use the address for your business without the mail function. That is why your account was charged, whether or not you file the Form 1583.
