**UPDATE: Because of this review I began receiving multiple emails from Jessie's Selections, requesting that I remove my review. They did apologize and asked if I liked the wigs when they arrive then they would give me a "Huge Discount" if I removed my review. I told them "No" to stop the shipping (while still in China) and just refund me my money in full. They totally ignored my request and instead hurried the shipment up and magically it appeared the next day. Then I was told that, they had refunded me $15, so that I can remove (what they call a negative review but it's just honest) but as of today I still have not received a discount or refund of any kind. Poor Customer Service. (Wigs aren't the best quality but it isn't the worst either)
The website is very misleading. It states expressed shipping 3- 5 business days, but I ordered 2 wigs on 3/5/22 and on 3/12/22 I received notice that it would not be delivered until 3/19/22. I contacted customer service requesting a refund and then I learned that the wigs are being shipped from China. I would have never purchased the wigs if I had known that there are from China. The website states it ships next day if you reside in Georgia, which you would assume that the company must be based in Georgia or at least the United States.
I asked for a full refund, and I received a response stating, "dear we are so sorry about this,because of covid 19,this shipment time is a little delay,we urged DHL to process your parcel urgently,we tracked that your order#.... about tracking number of DHL was in EAST CHINA AREA - CHINA MAINLAND, Processed at EAST CHINA AREA - CHINA MAINLAND on March 12,we will help you track it all the time,after you receive it,if you like it,we will apply big discount as our sincere apology,is that okay for you?"
And my response was No, I would like a full refund and you all can interrupt shipping. They completely ignored my request and just keep saying sorry that the "covid19" had delayed parcel and they have yet to stop the shipping and process a refund. Companies are no longer using that excuse, I shop online for almost everything. But never again with this company.
I absolutely love Jessie wigs. Im able to choose the length I want and the style. Mr Jessie is always willing to assist if you have any concerns. The prices are excellent and what I really like is the softness of each wig I’ve purchased. Easy to style as well!
I was asked by Jessie’s selections to delete my negative review. I was told they would refund all of my money including the $28 restocking fee. This week, I received a partial refund but not the $28. Again, I was told on email to delete the negative review and they would send it. If I could post the photo of the email they sent, I would! Disgraceful company!
I have had nothing but the best experiences with Jessie’s. Their quality of wigs are by far the best I have ever ordered, customer service and communication is outstanding, They are now my go to for ordering wigs. I’ve ordered 4 wigs in a short period, I recommend this company to anyone that order wigs online, they haven’t disappointed yet!!
I purchased a wig from this company and was sent a totally different wig. When wanted to send it back they stated I was the one who ordered the wrong wig. They gave me a address to return the wig and I never heard from them again about my refund. This company got the wig and $117. Will never buy again.
I have to say that I have tried a lot of very good weaves but Jessies's Selection, it was the very best. It was the best hair and closure that I have ever used. The color was wonderful and it is so soft! I usually do not like hair on my neck but this hair is so good that I will not cut it!
The price was great also and everything was there in the lovely gift bag!
Do not buy. I’ve been trying to get a refund for the past month. I have been disputing the charge. I returned the wig and never received the refund. The pictures are also not real. They are recycled from other sites.
I loved the wig so much.
It was exactly like the picture of the distribution and it was soft and actual real human hair. I’m an “ok” with the amount of shedding from the hair buh the quality was awesome. The only thing that I look at the most was the front lace vs the back of the wig. The front of the wig was shorter than the back. I initially thought that the front would be the same length as the rest of the hair. Overall it was so good and I’m more than satisfied with my purchase!
Love my drawstring ponytail! 5 stars!! Its the same color and texture as my real hair! And loved the fact that the seller stayed in touch during the shipping process! Will definitely order again in the future!
Pour quality hair that looks synthetic. Theyl company does not respond to email requests for refunds. Don't waste your time. I think they are based in China. So even if they finally respond, you may never get your money back and you may end up paying for postage and customs fees to return. I'm just glad that I chose to start with an inexpensive product to test the quality of the product and the customer service. Do not trust any Youtuber who recommends these units. They are lying just to get compensated.
Jesse selection has very good communication about any questions I had. My wigsbarrived before the expected date, and I am very satisfied. I co washed my two curly hair wigs and my goodness the curls are so nice. My 4x4 hd lace wig is full ,long and pretty curls. Thank you again Jessie's selection!
I am so happy with this hair. It’s very soft and high quality too. The customer service is great too. They are very responsive to any questions that you have about the product the product arrived very quickly. I will buy other products from them in the future.
They're legit! Ordered a wig and it took forever to be shipped which made me nervous that this site could be a scam, but it came eventually and the wig looks great! I do however feel it is a bit thin, 180% density seems like 150% density. Other than that, it's a pretty decent wig.
I truly love the wig. I installed it and I love it. The wigs was nice and full. I didn't curl the wig yet and I do I love even more. Thank you so Jessie. Love you
