It's great to be able to buy an eSIM when traveling. It could be easier though to install it. I got help from staff which was through Whatsapp and that was really good.

I had a problem with my first eSIM installation, but the very helpful support was happy to advise me. Although the problem was not 100% solved, I now know that the data connection at the destination should work.

Didn't find the service reliable, initially wouldn't connect for data, which to be fair the customer service team resolved but took quite some time. However since then signal has been sporadic at best in St Lucia, in fact I have to manually change settings each time when I need data.

Purchased a Caribbean eSIM; each island I was visiting was advertised as providing coverage, however it did not work in Saint Thomas US Virgin Islands. I’m a solo female traveller and was left for ~16 hours unable to check in with family at home. The response to my complaint was just that I won’t get monetary compensation as requested as I’ve used most of the data I’ve purchased…of course I’m going to use it on the islands it does work on and this is completely irrelevant to the false advertising of coverage and stress caused not being able to contact home.

Service needed some manual tweaking to work but the WhatsApp support got me up and running pretty quickly. I'm in Morocco. Recommended.

I used Jetpac in 2024 - no problems . This time in 2026 I had a lot of hassle connecting the eSIM . Customer support was prompt but ineffective- in the end I suggested deleting it and reinstalling- that worked. Just don’t bother buying the half price lounge passes . They are not half price and do not work . The ‘global’ pass is not global - beware . So my ‘global’ pass did not work in HongKong. It is cheaper and easier to go to a walk-in pay as you go lounge .

I purchased a new esim but couldn't get it to install on my phone. I asked for help via WhatsApp and Carl from Jetpac quickly helped to resolve the issue. I have used Jetpac esims in previous overseas trips without any issues.

Honest review after a few trips overseas using Jetpac. Giving 1 star each for the following categories: ease of setup, ease of keeping track of data usage via app, quality of phone signal. Where they lose 2 stars is their partnership with Smart Delay. I recently required a domestic and an international flight for both the inbound and the outbound flights. Tried to register both these flights each time on Smart Delay via the Jetpac app and it failed to let me register the flight. Did the right thing and spoke to Jetpac customer service before writing this review. Turns out that there is small print mentioned somewhere in Jetpac's T n C's mentioning that only one flight per journey can be registered for Smart Delay. This is not only deceiving but not practical as most people's long haul journeys include more than 1 flight per journey. Customer service were unable to register more than 1 flight manually for me at their end. Since Jetpac markets Smart Delay as a major feature of their service, the price premium paid is false advertising at best. If they can review their dodgy partnership with Smart Delay, customer satisfaction will be boosted. Until then, I will go for a cheaper competitor.

Had an issue where they automatically issued the travel pass to an eSIM I had used earlier but then deleted from my phone. Talking to the customer service on Whatsapp they were able to clear it up quickly.
If I hadn't deleted the eSIM it would have been really convenient, so I can see why they did it the way they did.
