Just asking questions at this stage and Angelika was spot on and efficient. In fact she wasn't. When I had bought the product, it turns out that the information about which network the eSIM uses was completely wrong. Therefore I have changed my rating and cancelled the eSIM

Jetpac has amazing value for money e-sim packages. I had some trouble to connect because it was my first time using an e-sim but the online service of assistance through Whatsapp was Impe impeccable. They were friendly, patient and work you through the proces step by step. The services like lounge acces and fast lane is a alsof nice extra bonus.

My experience with Jetpac eSim was terrible. Although I am supposed to have two $5 coupons for having referred them to other customers, those coupons were nowhere to be found upon checkout when I purchased my latest eSim. I received notification that my flight from the UK to Canada was delayed 5 hours, so I attempted to take advantage of their "free perks", namely the smart delay feature, which should have given me access to the business class lounges at Heathrow airport. They ended up sending me a voucher that was valid starting 12 hours prior to my original flight time, and expiring a few minutes after the original departure time of my 5 hour delayed flight, so it was completely useless to me, as I was arriving at the airport 2 hours after it expired, due to the delay. I attempted to contact Jetpac via Whatsapp, and they continually delayed any response, and insisted that their backend team was looking into my concern that their lounge pass was of no use to me. They at one point pointed suggested that if I wanted lounge access I should just pay for it. By the time they got back to me again to say they were looking into it, I had landed at my destination. Interestingly, neither my useless lounge access pass nor my two $5 coupons appear in my Jetpac app anymore. Do not trust this company, as they are not sincere in their efforts to help you, and will simply put you off until your need for assistance is no longer relevant, and these $5 coupons you earn for referring other customers do not come up when you go to checkout on a new purchase. Very disappointing.

I downloaded my eSIM a month ago and just went back to check it was ready for my trip. It was a bit confusing to try and find it - I initially logged in with my email but in fact needed to log in via Apple. This is why I’ve taken off a star. However I reached out to customer support via WhatsApp and was very quickly connected to an agent who helped me install the eSIM - he was really responsive and helpful and I’m impressed by the customer service! It doesn't work properly in Mexico. I bought a promotional eSIM for my wife, but it never worked in Tulum, Mexico, and this was extremely frustrating for us.

Ferlene resolved my issue problem after the first two attempts failed. Once up and running correctly my wife and I had no further problems.
Took me a while to work out set up as not familiar with all modern phone terms
I reached out the the Help Line and Pavi was able to provide solutions to the installation and activation issues (mostly due to my own confusion) I was having. Pavi helpfully walked me through the steps to get the esims installed on both my phones. Pavi also took the time to answer questions I had about what to do when I got to my travel destination. Europe esim simply didn't work. Wasted hours on helpline and then you're expected to wade through many settings on your phone. Stressful when you've just landed at your destination. I gave up and just went with a Nomad esim - worked straight away with no hassles.

I used Jetpac for my trip to Ireland earlier this year and was very happy with the product. However, I have just returned from a 2 week trip to New Zealand and was very unhappy with the product. I found it to be really slow and had constant problems with having to wait ages for websites to load. It was very frustrating. Even when I used the "switch to best network" option, it still was slow and unresponsive. Lucky I had others in my group who had much faster esims.

The first couple of days were good with this eSIM and then everyone I travelled with that used another service had a phone and mine was constantly not working. I got it because the price was competitive but it wasn’t worth the upset while travelling. Several times I couldn’t find my way around because of it. Just not a great experience for me
