eSim only worked while in Mexico City and a bit in Oaxaca. It was totally useless incHolbox and Mazunte. Would not recommend. Instead buy a sim w Telcel as it's the only valid provider in Mexico and what Mexican use.
And I couldn't get access to the lounge when my flight was delayed. What BS.

Great technical support team, able to quickly sort out a few issues we had during our eSim use in Japan.
It would have been 5 stars would we have been able to not need the technical support team but they did great. Jetpac is good.

They say you need only one esim. I already had a jet pack esim on my phone but when I purchased a new pack I had to install another eSIM. And customer service couldn’t guarantee that I wouldn’t need to install another eSIM next time again.
Update: Jetpack reached out and gave me 2 gb compensation, therefore I have given 3 stars instead of 1.

Don’t buy – it’s a scam.
I purchased two Jetpac eSIMs: one for India and one for the USA. Neither of them worked.
Although the phone always showed a 5G signal, there was no internet connection at all, making the eSIMs completely unusable.
Customer support was responsive and helped me install the eSIM in the USA, but the issue remained — no internet despite full signal. In the end, I had to buy another eSIM from Airalo, which worked immediately.
I strongly recommend using Airalo or any other provider instead.

I didn't get data when I landed, so that part wasn't great, but once I got to the hotel I contacted them via whatsapp and they told me what to do (that wasn't listed on the app) and it worked, so now everything is fine. Nicole was very nice and knew exactly what to do.

Almost no service anywhere in our region (for comparison, my home sim even with roaming off had a strong signal my entire trip). We had service one day out of an 10 days trip. Instructions to manually select IMSI did not work. I bought two eSIMs (2 travelers to the same destination) and we both had the same experience.

Jetpac doesn't work in all Vietnam, in tourist areas like Ninh Binh or Cat Ba there is no coverage.

Bought the Oceania 30GB pack. Their support staff claimed non-unlimited packs are unthrottled but I mostly receive download speeds of < 1 Mbps, despite being in major cities (Wellington CBD, Nelson city centre). I have tried all the trouble shooting steps, including those suggested by support teams. Support are polite but mostly unhelpful, zigzagging between whatsapp and email and being forwarded on to different teams

I previously left a 5 star review because I was happy with the unlimited internet x2 package & the team assisted when the connection had issues & resolved them so I was content.
After this, my experience has been horrible I’ve have dodgy connection, dropping in and out over the last month. Constantly having to ‘Switch to best network’ the internet has never worked when I needed it & honestly I thought JetPac was going to be a good affordable provider but I wish I went for something more reliable. In my honest opinion if you’re traveling through Europe don’t go with JetPac because they aren’t reliable enough.
Whenever you need internet it’s the last thing you need to rely on. I had to use free internet just to make sure I wasn’t missing my transit.
When speaking with the Jetpac team all they had to say was sorry & provide no service. One time they didn’t get back for 4hr est. because the connection dropped out in Germany & made us manually attempt to connect through our settings with an iPhone 13 because they’d lost connection & everything had dropped out for all users.
I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

The first two trips it worked smoothly, very easy. For the third trip there was a bit of difficulties, and I had to spend a lot of time on the chat trying to solve the issue. But they were very helpful and after that it worked smoothly again. Highly recommended

My eSIM wasn't activated automatically so I had very hard time in the first day of travel in Brazil. I asked chatGPT and did everything but I couldn't use internet. So I reached out customer center and Pavi helped me to activate the Sim card. It was very easy and simple. It would be perfect if it works without the needs to contact the customer service but the customer service was perfect, very kind and helpful. If it works without the problem it would be 5 stars. Due to the problem I experienced, I minus one star

I purchased a Jetpac eSIM for Thailand and spent hours trying to get it set up with customer support. Although the support team responded quickly, the experience was very frustrating. I followed all the instructions provided, but the eSIM never worked.
A major issue was that multiple operators handled the chat and often did not read previous messages.
Despite the time and effort invested, the problem remained unresolved. I was very disappointed, as I had hoped for a smooth and reliable solution while travelling. Based on my experience, I would be cautious about relying on this service when you need dependable connectivity.

Do not buy from Jetpac if you do not want to be scammed
I had bought a 30 GB pack from them and everything went well until I had downloaded the e-sim. Once downloaded, I noticed that there was no data on it, and when I went on the app that had been linked to the email I used, there was no history of any data packs being purchased. I had contacted them MULTIPLE times and all they did was re-send links to download e-sims that had no data on it.
I gave up and bought a second pack, which ended up working. Obviously, as the first pack was not usable I contacted them asking for a refund. What I found odd was the fact that the data suddenly appeared in my account AFTER I bought a second one, despite hours of them dismissing me. They refuse to refund the first one, despite the fact that it hasn’t been activated AND that I only needed to buy a second one because of their incompetence. Now I am down $60+ and will never buy from them ever again.
