Lovely and affordable prom dresses - used the Try on option - 3 dresses to try for £20 - we kept one - only negative was the confusing experience after buying one of the try on dress - it says it’s shipped when you’ve already got it - customer services were responsive and helpful though so overall I would recommend

I wish I had known that the business is based in Singapore. Customer service was horrid. They sent my order out with my zip code as the only address. They have no phone and the chat is useless. They were not only spectacularly unhelpful, they were not even not honest with me. One rep claimed to have solved the problem and then went on about how I needed to leave her good feedback. After I did so, I found out that her attempt was unsuccessful. Another stated they could do nothing to help, while UPS said the exact opposite. I did all the legwork myself, experiencing days of frustration. The dresses were not worth the time, the trouble or the cost. Two were both flimsy and dowdy, while the third was tolerable in appearance, but poor value. I kept it because I had a deadline, but I'm not sure that it will survive drycleaning. Do yourself a favor and go to an actual store.

The dress I ordered looked nice from a distance, but when you look closer the quality is not great. Also you have to pay £12 shipping fee but if you want to return you also need to pay £13 restocking fee and then also pay for tracking the parcel which was £9 for me (also you have to print return label that is to go inside parcel, then package and write return address and bring to post office yourself). So all in all, you have to spend a minimum of £34 just to try on a dress, such a rip off! They offered to refund £12 to my JJ's house account, but this is only usable if I actually buy another dress from them.

The quality of the clothes is very good, but there are two very big problems, 1.it is practically impossible to return the product. 2. shipping is very expensive

The dresses had very nice material, but the sizing was too small. Even though I checked their sizing, and compared it with what I usually wear, it still didn't fit me. The part about restocking fees and returns is annoying. I lost over 30 USD just to return the dresses. And yes, I know why they are charging this, but I won't be ordering again. Dress is beautiful, was shipped promptly and arrived quickly. Did not appreciate that if you do try on at home you receive 20% off the dress if you purchase it but do not get 20% to just purchase a dress (dress I wanted was not available in my size for try it on program)

I ordered 4x bridesmaid dresses from here. The quality was very cheap and the underskirts were very tight compared to the dresses themselves. Also, one of the dresses was a completely different colour to the others. Although the website sounds return friendly, when I returned my items, I discovered they took a 10% restocking fee off my refund so be aware of this (it's on their website but it's very unclear).

I ordered a champagne sequence gown but there is a short double layer of lining which is visible through the dress and ruins the look. It's a shame because it fit perfectly. I'm going to have to return it as it doesn't look right on my daughter..it cheapens the dress
