I liked how this dress came very earlier for my prom and how it looked like how i wanted it to be. My dislike is that the top for me it shows abit much skin for me but i still love it

Regarding the top being a bit revealing, we completely understand. For future reference, many of our customers opt for a delicate wrap or a seamless bandeau underneath to add a bit more coverage while keeping the elegant look.

MOB who has found nothing I liked when shopping at brick and mortar stores. I was very skeptical shopping online. Found JJ’s had a try in before you buy program. I have ordered 8 try on dresses. Shipping is fast, quality of the dresses are fantastic, and return is hassle free. I ordered one dress I tried on in the desired wedding color and have just purchased one of the try on dresses. A girl has to have options. I highly recommend JJ’s house and will be shopping here for all my special occasion dresses in the future.

I received a response regarding my complaint about a custom-made dress I ordered; it looked divine in the website photos, but beware it’s all Photoshop. When it arrives, the nasty surprises begin. They simply sent it with the wrong measurements and made it of poor-quality fabric. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: this store tries to dodge responsibility. I sent them photos proving the dress didn't match the measurements I ordered, yet their only solution is "take it to a local tailor to get it fixed." To top it off, they have the nerve to offer a 30% refund, even though getting the dress altered locally would cost more than the $220 I paid for it online. Their responses to the issue are pathetic; they just want to wash their hands of the matter without offering a real solution. This store is the absolute worst—please read this review carefully.
Poor quality and terrible customer service; they refuse to admit their mistakes and treat the customer poorly. This store is garbage t’s a scam, and their garments are low-quality. I will never shop here again; in fact, it has been the worst experience of my life. I do not recommend buying from this store, save yourself the headache and don't buy anything.

I recently bought a custom-sized dress, and it arrived longer than the measurements I ordered; the length was definitely off, and the overskirt was so wide that it didn't look anything like the photo on their website—it was simply incorrect. Their customer service is terrible; it is truly frustrating, they are slow to respond, and they try by all means to dodge responsibility. This company does not provide good service. As soon as it arrived, I tried it on and sent an email stating that the dress wasn't made to the correct measurements—it was longer than what I ordered—but they simply replied that it was a custom order. In other words, because *I* had agreed to the no-return policy, they refused to take any responsibility. However, I wasn't actually asking for a return, as I was well aware of the store's policies; my complaint is that the store *needs* to fix the dress to the *correct* length, make it according to what they advertise on their site, and deliver a quality dress that I am satisfied with—especially since the price wasn't low; this dress cost a significant amount of money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE—IT IS TERRIBLE!!!!!!!

The dress colour was nothing like the website showed. I also ordered the alteration service and honestly, I doubt that they even looked at my measurements (or perhaps they have different tape measures in Shenzhen). Despite having measured myself a few times with a friend checking, the dress was enormous. This was a very disappointing order and a total waste of money.

The dress is absolutely stunning! I needed the hem shortened and it’s perfect! I’ve ordered several evening gowns previously and have learned that even though I am a US 6 because of my bust size if I order a 10 it’s perfect! I will post a picture later when I wear it for a wedding!

I had 5 dresses sent to try on. Although the search continues for the mother of the bride dress, the process was simple and easy. High quality dresses, great website, simple instructions, it was a great experience. Will most likely try on a few more from JJ's due to the great experience.

I ordered a custom fit, when my dress came it wouldn't go on me because I couldn't get my 28" waist passed my 33" bust. The zipper was to short and did not come down to my waist so the dress could go on. I contacted jjhouse and they did not want to help me. I pressed the issue showing photos ect. They offered me 30% back to take my dress to get it altered... It will cost me more than $30 to alter it. I wanted my dress remade with a proper sized zipper that goes to my waist but they refused. Instead I agreed to 50% back as they were not going to do anything other than that to resolve the issue. I'm still left with a dress I can't fit in and I have a wedding to attend this coming weekend. I've searched everywhere and noone will alter my dress for $53 so I have to go out and buy a new dress and now have this dress that's not wearable. I will never shop at this store again, in fact the whole experience has been so off putting that I will not be buying clothing online ever again. If I can't go to the store to try it on, I'm not shopping there. I'm not the only person that has had issues with the waist not fitting over the bust due to the zipper being too short. I do not recommend buying from this store, nothing but headaches with them!

The dress arrived with a plick and a run in the chiffon fabric.
I asked for them to send a new one asap and instead they sent a picture of the dress hung up to prove it was not plucked. They have not accounted for the fact it was obviously plucked during packaging.
They have offered a 30 percent discount to get it fixed but as the pluck is across the breast and is visible it cannot be fixed.
Cheap quality product and poor customer service.

Please understand that due to the characteristics of the fabric, snagging may occur in many situations. We are strengthening our packaging to prevent this in the future to reduce this happened during shipping.
