I must have emailed JJHouse a million times with questions, and each time I received a prompt and friendly response. Always very helpful. I tried 7 "try before you buy" dresses, and then ordered a custom dress. JJ House confirmed I entered the information correctly, and kept me posted on the progress. I received my dress, and it was PERFECT! I received a ton of compliments at my son's wedding, and I felt beautiful! Thank you. I have recommended them numerous times.

There’s a wide range of styles on the website but very few are available in the full range of sizes through the “try on” programme. If you simply buy a dress and want to return it you have to print off a returns label etc- this doesn’t come with the dress and the cost of postage is redacted from your refund. If you want to try a few styles before making your choice the costs run high very quickly and there is significant hassle factor running around finding printers. Sizing is also very inconsistent and the fabric quality reflects the relatively low prices

After grumbling about the delayed delivery and leaving a poor review, the dress arrived and I was very surprised at the quality. The bridesmaid dress was extremely well-made beautifully stitched and good quality material. I have deleted my previous poor review because the item itself, a beautiful satin dress, was well worth waiting for. I am very wary of scam sites and very vigilant, but I can’t recommend JJ‘s house enough. Great price for really good quality dresses.

Product is very thin quality and came scrunched in a tiny bag (satin bolero jacket). I am trying to return via the website. I have put in all requested information and clicked on submit but I am told that I need a verification code. I don't have this and can't find it. Very complicated process. I am told that I have to download a form for the return and a return label - no QR code. I have no printer. Can anybody advise me?

I've ordered from jjs house a few times and honestly I'd go no where else to buy occasion wear. My daughters confirmation dress was just outstanding and me eldest daughter debs was out of this word, beautiful. If u have an issue, they get back very fast. With my daughters confirmation dress they sent me an email from the seamstress to double check measurements. I find them amazing to deal with. Delivery is fast had them both before estimated delivery time.

I was leery about purchasing a special occasion dress online. But I was pleasantly surprised by JJ's House. The dress arrived within the given timeframe. The dress fit perfectly, no alterations needed. Thank you. The one issue I have is that there is no traditional phone-based customer service. I gather a personal touch is no longer needed as long as companies get paid. Sad how technology has replaced humans with this cold method of purchasing merchandise.

Thank you for the reply. But as i said i went into the shop, where they said they could not see my order? Which was why i cancelled as i did not get a confirmation as you normally expect. As it was such a large amount of money, i was worried that i had been scammed. I have ordered a new item now and i actually got confirmation. But i am still out of pocket by £300. Which i feel is unfair. And an awful lot of money for someone that is helping her daughter have the best day of her life. Im sure you understand the stress we are going through. I ordered 3 items, but did not get a confirmation email. Which caused some consternation as the sum for this order was £427.65. JJs took the money two days after the order! I actually went to the shop in London where they kindly checked for the order on their system, they could not find my order which is when i checked my balance. Within 14 days i cancelled the order. Thinking i would get the whole amount back as i wanted to order something else, as i had tried it on in the shop. I got £172.89 back. They had taken £300!!!. I still have order the outfit for my daughters wedding, and this is the only place that i have anything i like. I am so upset
