Reviewers had a great experience with this company. Customers are truly thrilled with the stunning dresses, regularly highlighting the gorgeous materials, professional craftsmanship, and remarkably fast shipping times that consistently exceed expectations. Many people frequently mention that the items arrive promptly and match the online pictures precisely, making special family celebrations completely stress-free.
Some reviewers were not happy with occasional delivery delays, missing tracking updates, or unexpected difficulties and hidden costs encountered during the return process. A few customers also noted receiving items with poor stitching, damaged packaging, or fabric colors that significantly differed from the website advertisements and photos.
POOR QUALITY and even worse customer service, I brought my daughter a prom dress she only had it on for one hour and the clips that hold the dress together at the top broke, the clips were sewn on and it was all coming apart, the dress was £70 so not cheap!! Trying to talk to someone is like waiting for rain in a drought!! Will never order again and DO NOT RECOMMEND

Have a wonderful day!
I returned a few items and was shocked to be charged £32 for the return. That's absolutely ridiculous, especially when I could have returned them myself for around £5. The return charge is completely unreasonable and poor value for money.
To make matters worse, when I raised the issue with customer support, they didn't even bother responding to my most recent email regarding the postage charges. The lack of communication and poor customer service only added to an already frustrating experience.
Because of this, I will not be ordering from this website again. Very disappointing.

A company that can be trusted. It’s nice to be able to try on dresses and to be able to send them back if they don’t fit.

Genuinely over the moon with my dress! As a slightly larger and definitely taller (6’4) lady i’ve always struggled finding dresses that fit, let alone nice evening outfits!
I can honestly say I’m thrilled! Yes the dress needs a little tweaking - what doesn’t? The fit the fit is great, length actually needs a bit less (who thought i’d say that) and the design is exactly as was advertised.
I’ve discovered the more simple designs are easy for them to copy whereas the complicated designs seem beyond the capability of the business so bare that in mind when you order.
Postage was around 2 weeks from ordering and my parcel showed up 3 days before the anticipated arrival day which was a nice bonus!

Very bad shoe sizing. Labelled and sold as 3 sizes above the ACTUAL size! And of course Vinted geniuses did nothing about it.

Bought several bridesmaid dresses from here and they had accurate shipping times and were excellent quality. Made some returns and these were easy and handled and refunded quickly. Just make sure you go by size according to the measurements NOT your usual size, as the sizes run small (my bridesmaids all had to size up one or two sizes)

The style, lines and quality of the fabric made this dress exceptional. I am a size 8 in a dress typically, it ran just a bit small, alterations were completed and I am very happy with the dress.
