Good experience. I too was skeptical at first. You have to be aware that the products are not originals and that the delivery time can be quite long. Nevertheless, I am satisfied with the goods. The customer service responds quickly and friendly to inquiries.

I am so happy with my two 100cm Vertigo Pendant lights. The whole process from initially placing my order to receiving my lights was faultless. Good communication by the customer service team of Kiki Lightning. One lamp arrived broken, so we received a new one. Two other lamps (Octo lamps) arrived later on. One was broken as well, so we received our money back. The only thing is that the Octo lamps do not match the photos. The photos on the website are from the original lamp. My feedback to Kiki Lightning is to post photos of the lamps how they are and will be send. That makes it more transparant for the buyer, so that they can make their dicision in buying the original lamp or the Kiki Lightning variant (which is slightly different). Another thing is that we received two different Octo lamps. The lampholder insight is in one lamp lower than in the other one, also the wood has a difference in colour. Furthermore, happy with the lamps.

My lamp had a little piece broken and the customer service was very helpful and because I was able to fix it by myself they proposed me a friendly reduction. They quickly answered me and the quality of the lamp is here, the little piece broken was due to the transportation.

Product arrived on time and looks great. Had been looking for the right light for a long time and this was the only reasonably priced one I could find for what I wanted. I was worried that product quality would be inferior but it's perfect and looks great. Was difficult to put up as lacked instructions but we managed and we're very happy.

This is a scam!! Don't believe the other 150 positive reviews here: they were all made by fake accounts with 1-2 reviews on their name. After having paid for a Vertigo lamp (which I knew was fake but I was OK with that), the order has been on status "shipped" but there is no tracking code. They also don't respond to any emails. Looking at the other bad reviews here (that are buried under the obviously fake good reviews) this is 100% a scam. The address for the company is also a fake location, confirming my suspicion. I have made a report to the police.

It is unfortunate I have to write this…
It is unfortunate I have to write this review, after searching the internet for Aplomb concrete lights by Lucidi & Pevere I was happy to see them on Kiki Lighting, and at a cheaper price than elsewhere. Their description reads "The Aplomb pendant lamp from KiKi Lighting is designed in 2010 by an Italian design studio Lucidi & Pevere." I did notice that the photos they were showing did not look like authentic Aplomb pendant lights as advertised on their site. I contacted Lucidi & Pevere (at Foscarini) and they confirmed the lights being sold are fake. I almost purchased them, if I had not spotted the difference in the shape of the light I would of ended up buying them.

It took some time because off the distance, but that was no problem for me. All my questions about the lamp itself and about the shipping process were quickly and friendly answered by mail. Scam. Will not dispatch items and make excuses for these reasons. Luckily we paid through PayPal so should be protected but they’re not issuing a refund despite us not receiving anything
