Vertigo lamps came very well packaged, came with all the necessary parts (some even in duplicate) and were very easy to install.

We bought 2 lights, they emailed us mentioning that they hadn't enough product on eu warehouse so they refund us the shipping value. It took a bit more to received the order once it came from China but they where always chatting with us and updating

I ordered a taccia lamp and it's exact as the original, looks awesome on my living room. I received my order in a few days as mentioned on the website, and it came super well packaged and with light. Any question I got they replied quick to my emails. I'm really happy with Kikilighting it's my second purchase from them.
As the lamp arrived, I realized, that it is not the original lamp by Artemide. Kiki lightning is selling copies for a lower price. As I wanted to have the original lamp, they found a very generous solution to reimburse me. Customer service was helpful, reliable and very friendly.

At first there were some problems with the delivery of the correct light colour. But the customer service was very helpful and then delivered the right bulbs. Now the lamp not only looks great, but also has a really nice warm light. Unfortunately not dimmable, then it would be absolutely perfect.
