Our $12/month plan (billed annually) includes a workspace subscription that comes with $1 in free credit and one free phone number from either the USA or Canada. If you choose a month-to-month plan for $15, you will also receive the same $1 credit and a free number from the USA or Canada. Please note that the rental cost for the number, as well as any call or SMS charges, are separate. KrispCall is a comprehensive cloud-based phone system that offers a variety of features beyond just making calls. We clearly outline these charges on our website, these rates may vary for different numbers depending on the country. The number rental fees are set by carrier providers, and we strive to provide the best services at competitive prices. Once a number is used and then deleted, it cannot be restored or swapped for another free of charge. However, considering it was a free number, we could have restored it even if it was intentionally deleted, but according to your chat history, there was no request to restore the number at that time. To assist, we can make the number currently active in your account your free number, ensuring it won’t incur charges from the next billing period.
