When it doesn't work after doing everything, I asked for a refund. They refunded my subscription balance but didn't refund my credit balance.

They pretend to be under false names, offer poor voice connections with constant interruptions, prices 100% above contract, steal customer credit card information, disconnect customer phone line after payment, and do not refund customer airtime deposits. Do not give them your credit card number under any circumstances.

They collect advance payments (airtime) and disconnect the phone line after payment and do not return the money. Do not give them your credit card number.
Despite the customer service is very neat and doing their best. The services KrispCall is offering is extremely dissapointing and impossible to work with. 1. For some reason I could'nt call mobile numbers. They said the technical team was working on it, but after one day it wasn't resolved + needed 24h more. 2. Line numbers are of very very bad quality. Fairly impossible to have a normal conversation.
I have 3 big issues: 1- I buy a promotion plan for "lifetime" subscription. Where I can only pay for ohone numbers. But next year they charged me again and said only the "promotion discount" was lifetime, you should still pay. It was an obvious marketing deception. 2- When opening the app it takes more than 1 minute to load. 3- When i receive a call, it takes 30 second for the app to load. By that time any caller drops the call.
