ordered a scooter over a month ago, first it didnt ship after over a week, then they said it is out of stock (the scooter) which is understandable. It was supposed to be shipped a week ago, when it was back in stock. It didnt, they stopped responding to every massage I sent and after that I asked for a refund. Still waiting for an answer from them.

I ordered a Kukirin scooter and they stopped answering my emails. They told me they couldn't ship it because it over 40 kg. After 20 mail they answer me. Your order has been canceled as requested. They said it takes 7-14 days to receive the money, 20 days have passed and i haven't received anything. Don”t buy , KUKIRIN IS A SCAM!!!!!

Like most of the other reviews, customer service is absent. Delivered an e-bike with broken finger throttle. First converation went well, promissed to reissue, even asked for address. after that, almost a month with no responce to mails, no info no updates. bike is good for money as long as everything is working. consider other webplace than .com. Seems to be many other distributors, may be there customer service is better.

I bought a G2max delivered fast! I was dissapointed on the acceleration of the scooter. So i asked if i could change the scooter to a G2master. It was ok for customer service.. So far so good. Now 5 days later. After several mails if i could get the adress to ship it back. NO RESPONS anymore of them. Even if u contact the main customersevice in China they not help u !!!!DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THAT HAS THE NAME KUKIRIN ON IT!!! u will regret it everthing connected is a scam! Dont waste your money!

I've ordered a kirin scooter yesterday and they gave me all the details of the tracking codes n stuff aswel as the gls tracking shipment the customer service is very good and wish I could see this for other company I'll update to when it comes, Now its after saying its in France felvy and it cannot be delivered under the gls terms and conditions, i'll see if it changes after a few days 😵💫

Scooter unusable in a week of use. The rear tire that supports most of the weight of the user (I weigh 70kg) is very fragile at the slightest obstacle and can very easily deflate even going only 30km/ h. When you try to inflate it again, you'll notice an air leak at the rim because the wheel is tubeless, Even worse I visited several bike and scooter stores and they all mentioned being unable or completely refusing to repair these types of electric scooters.

Would give 0, but not able to. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They took my money, delivered the scooter (with a faulty charger) and now won't engage with me to source a replacement. There are a lot of good scooter companies out there. This isn't one of them. I tried all means KUKIRIN, G4, G3 pro, G2 master and others.. Kukirin top for the materials, the perfect assembly, the truly declared truly real autonomy and the fantastic performance of its e-scooters.. Fun guaranteed FOR EVERYONE!
The G4 scooter is the most price worth model yet, nearly perfect. The package also came very well delivered. The only thing that could be better is the kickstand + a version with dual 1000w motors instead of single 2000w could be overall a more well-rounded scooter.
