I am very unhandy so was intimidated by the huge box. A friend helped me put it togeher rather handily. A tricycle takes getting used to, My biggest complain is difference between tour and sport speeds -- one a bit hard and the second too easy -- need a speed in between.

For improvements you can make sure you have the quantity of merchandise on hand on your website. I waited a month after I ordered my trike and paid for it. No communication on this issue was sent within a couple days. I had to email you to inquire about my order. Even then they had no idea as to when it would be ready for delivery. Not impressed at all.

Seemed like an ok deal but the price dropped $300 the month after I bought the XPress 750 and now after 900 miles there are squeeking sounds coming from the petal crank after I have ridden about 25 miles . Don't if that will develope into anything more. Also bike just died on a ride last week and after a while I removed battery and pressed reset button and it came back to life. . .don't want to have to do that in the middle of a ride. I did take me from Buffalo to Albany along the Erie Canal trail w/o any probs. (even through some rain).

The bike showed up quickly. It came with everything and was fairly easy to build. The link to the build video was good but the video itself leaves room for improvement. The person on the video tells how to do things but the video itself is poor as it doesn’t focus on specific parts of the bike and how to put them together.

This will be my first weekend riding it on the rail trials along the Lehigh & Delaware Rivers that run from Easton up into the Pocono Mtns. For a 79-year-old senior like me this will be a real treat!

The chain rubs against the chain cover and it has a crack in the tail light. 2/5 stars for a brand new xp4 750.

The bikes are so easy to assemble and the videos are outstanding. One thing missed on the assembly video was removing the plastic piece from the battery (or I just missed it). Any hoots, I called and the tech asked me if I removed it and right then I knew my issue was resolved. That's another great feature of Lectric bikes, you answer the phones and answer the questions. Delivery was also awesome and the packaging was A+.
