Received bike in timely manner. It was packaged extremely well. Some of the extras, such as the fenders were a little harder than expected to install. Seat is definitely not comfortable, however, have since purchased a different seat Great bike and have enjoyed riding it.

great experience with the company! the bike is great! i named it freedom. i would have given a 5 star but we were missing the lock, mirrors and a bracket for the power light. the company shipped those out within a few days. I did a 22-mile ride yesterday and it went well. i peddled 90% of the ride. at 74 age. i felt great with the wind and sun on my face.

The only negative thing is how long it took to receive my Trike! I felt like a kid waiting for Christmas!

My COPD has even halted walking, no hills. I was trapped inside. My XP Lite 2.0 is light enough for me to lift and I can ride, ride, ride! I've been to a couple next towns over, found a route to practice turns and different surfaces, and have improved my cadence to begin to call riding exercise! Thanks for being a stable company fellas. I appreciate your efforts for safety and fun!

The bike display was unfortunately broken when I opened the box, but after I contacted customer service and explained the issue, they sent me a replacement display within a couple of days. The customer service was excellent, and the whole process was quick and hassle-free. Overall, it was a really great experience. Highly recommended!

We chose Lectric bikes because we were told by a bike repair shop that the customer service was great and it was easy to get parts for the bike if needed. We got to experience the excellent customer service because my wife’s bike choice that was ordered was unavailable. The customer service was excellent in changing our order and even tossed in a free accessory for the inconvenience! I will say don’t email because we didn’t receive a response from it but when we called and talked to a person, everything happened quickly then.

So far I've taken my XP Lite out for two long rides and I love it! I feel like a kid again - going fast, wind in my hair. For a 71 year-old that feels great. Customer service is great! The bike was easy to take out of the box. I took it to a bike shop to have all of the attachments added and check the torque measurements. Rides like a dream! Many thanks for everything.

I like the design of the step through. I like how the pedal assist is intuitive and not jerky. I like the lighting and blinkers. My wife who's 65 tried it and loved how it handled. I might lose it to her. Overall I am very satisfied with my Lectric XP4.

your customer service representatives do not compliment the quality of your bikes. I'm so disappointed in so many conversations and transactions with your representatives. Please look back over my interactions and "recorded calls". I've spent over three thousand dollars with your establishment, and Im very clear on how business goes here...The bikes are absolutely hands down great.But I wish I brought from another company who really cared about customer service and maintaining a positive relationship with patrons. where is the survey, where is the call back and why they lie and mislead.I will be writing a formal letter to express my experience since February, 2026 and as a professional person, I will spread the word. Why do you hire people that are not on board with your mission? Or maybe this is what it is.I very unhappy and honestly, I do not expect a follow up

Ordering was easy and when I assembled the bike, I seemed to be missing the battery key, even after looking through all the packing materials. I called Lectric, they had me mail a picture of lock to make sure they mailed me the right key. It was all easy and quick service. On top of that, I enjoy the bike a lot! Thanks, Dave

I absolutely love my xp4. I have well over 200 miles put on it since July this year. 2026.
Since I bought mine my husband, 1 son and mother in law have all ordered one and we all enjoy them. Very nice definitely recommend. And definitely worth a five star review.

Great communication from start to finish. I reached out to customer service on 2 separate occasions, both times my questions were answered quickly.
The bike came packaged really well and secure. Even though FedEx put a couple of tears/holes in the outside box, the bike was still in perfect shape upon unpacking.
No concerns so far. Assembly was made very easy. I found the assembly video on the website and just followed along. I was done in around 45-50 minutes.
