Having purchased a new XP4, I was a bit "put-off" when my suspension seatpost pivoted side to side evey time I went around with the pedals. I sent a picture of the seatpost, along with an explanation of what was happening, figuring I would be told, "They all do that," or "We can't tell from the picture....." That didn't happen! I was told, "We are sending you a new one." No questions. That customer service is exactly why I went with Lectric!

So idk about my bike I purchased the expedition 2 and the front suspension squeaks I did clean around it and still the same think also I got dual battery supposedly 120 miles on a charge. I have only put 70 miles in total on this bike and I had to charge it three times already. Half dead that don’t make sense

I received my bike in the mail after about eight or nine days and upon opening the bike there was a few things that were not working. One of these was the front brakes and other was small parts to the controller and the front axle piece. There has been a slow response to getting these replacement parts so I could use my bike. The bike looks great and I bet it’s gonna work great but I haven’t been able to use it since it has been delivered a week and a half ago because it was not in working order and the replacement parts are taking too long to get to me. I am very excited about my bike and can’t wait to use it, but I am extremely frustrated that I spent this much money on something and have to wait weeks Before I could use it and I’m just staring at it sitting in my living room pretty bummed out

I love my new Lectric Lite 2.0. I specifically like that there is no concern of shifting with the single speed and no maintenance with the chain since I got the JW Black belt drive version. The bike easily hauls my 220lb self up the steepest hills without issue. I also love that it folds up nicely to throw a tote in my travel trailer for camping .

I purchased two XP4’s, one for California and one for Florida. Both bikes shipped quick and came with a lot of accessories, but those upgrades could be standard. I’d like to see it come with a quick charger or a discount on an additional battery. It would be nice to have an app to track mileage and trips like the One Wheel, I have one of those too. Overall, a great ebike at a really good price point. Thanks!

Shopping online was a great experience and we sure did our research on all Lectric products. We chose the Lite XP 2.0 JW Black. Foldable, light weight, American made and totally cool look. Oh, did i say the belt drive sealed the deal! I'm 70 years old and my wife is 66! we've got 100 miles on these e-bikes in the first 2 weeks. We love going further and faster! Your customer service is excellent!

Love our XP4s. Takes us effortlessly to places we never imagined we could go. Does a Great job pulling our German Shepherd in her trailer just using eco on most trails with only slightly having to bump it up to touring for some hills or dirt roads.

The Lectric XPedition 2.0 has been a complete game-changer for our family! We haul our two young kids on the back constantly, and they absolutely love every minute of it. Even fully loaded, the torque is incredible for starting from a dead stop and crushing steep hills. Handling feels completely solid and controlled with the extra weight, and the ride is super smooth. If you need a reliable, fun e-bike to shuttle kids around, this is worth every penny!

Great customer sevice. I researched E-Bikes companies for weeks, talked to people who owned them. The best recommendations I had were from those who purchased Lectric Bikes. I checked them out, read reviews. I've had Xp4 750 for almost 3 weeks and I'm enjoying the ride. It does take a few rides to get use to the difference between this and a regular bike. A neighbor bought one after seeing my bike.

Purchasing couldn’t have been easier. I’ve been loving the xpedition 2.0. Yes, I’d prefer an easier kickstand but the overall riding experience has been a blast. My kids love riding with me when we go out.

My husband and I are in our 70s and we needed a light weighted bike to be able to put in our Mavrick. These bikes fold up and we can put them in the truck. We are very happy with our bikes.
