I love the product itself - it's a great bike! I also love that the team sent me the little front light adaptor thingie. My kids are quite happy going on bike rides. Makes going to daycare more fun.

Customer service was responsive and I was pleased with my Lectric staff interactions. I’ve only taken one short ride on my XP4 due to recent knee surgery but it was an enjoyable experience. There still are some learning curve minor concerns and I hope to be riding consistently very soon. Initially there were build problems with my bike but Lectric quickly remedied the problem and I had a replacement in short order. Return delivery of the original bike was simple and worry free. Currently, I am pleased with the product and service from Lectric.

Nice solid bike. it’s a little underpowered. You have to pedal really fast to get up to max speed overall I’m very happy with the purchase. I really like that it’s portable. You can fold it up and put it right in my hatchback.

I've received lots of follow up links. I would have preferred to get an assembly / unboxing video at the time of order. Mine came several days after it was delivered.
The bike is impressive. Another surprise was that I'd purchased a package with lots of accessories. They were all preinstalled!
