One bike was shipped and received as listed for the estimated ship date and received undamaged. Our second bike took longer than expected and was received with a slightly bent rear wheel. The ordering process was easy, as was financing. Overall a good experience and we LOVE our bikes!

We ordered two XP4 750 bikes on a Monday and received them on Wednesday! We do live in BC which probably helped with the speedy delivery as we understand there is a warehouse in Richmond.
Our experience assembling and riding has been fantastic and we are looking forward to taking them offroad a bit on our next camping trip.

Love the Xpress Cruiser! I use it mainly for leisure, casual bike rides with the family and occasionally riding to work which is about a 5 minute ride. Husband is a bike aficionado and was quite impressed with all the bells and whistles and said it was a “very well made bike”.I’ve received lots of compliments regarding the quality and aesthetics. It was a little heavy and bulky for me at first, but I’m used to it now. Make sure to watch the set up video thoroughly before starting so you don’t lose any parts. So glad I invested in this e-bike!

Well, the bike is excellent in terms of fit, finish & performance. Was reasonably easy to assemble, although I should have printed & studied the owner's manual before assembly.

Great bikes! Poor communication regarding delivery. Call to customer service - on hold for almost 2 hours. Was worried that i wouldn’t see the bike. But it did arrive.

I received the XP lite 2.0 and assembled it. After charging until full battery, I attempted to ride it but every time I did for about 30 sec the LED screen would show the battery dying and it would turn off. I called customer service and organized a return. I included pickup instructions to incorporate into the pickup order but my instructions were not included so I had to call FedEx several times to organize the pickup. I am quite displeased with my interactions with this company and I am quite disappointed.
