Traditional Chinese Teaching materials
Before I pay, your staff guaranteed the lesson meet my request, Cantonese teaching Mandarin, using traditional Chinese word. After I have paid, only the teacher I have chosen can fulfill my needs, coz Ms Lyan makes extra paper for our lesson, but the after class assignments Still simple Chinese, teacher only able to arrange writing as an after class work. as they reply is the traditional Chinese version teaching materials not yet well develop recently, So I have suggested using my kids’ teaching material from school temporarily, as there’s with the ping ying, practice working traditional Chinese. But Your staffs are so very strongly refuse my suggestion, I am so helpless at the moment. I paid for your lesson of coz My kids need help with the Chinese, now I spent my money, my kids spent their time, unfortunately they cannot get the full teaching materials, they cannot learn well. RMB200 per 55 minutes is not a small amount, many people in China cannot have this amount as a daily salary. This kind of service makes me struggling to apply refunds and stop your lesson. By the way, I am so appreciated with Ms Lyan, she has work with my kids with her biggest efforts to assist my kids.

A very good platform for kids to use…
A very good platform for kids to use and learn. My child hated all his chinese tuition from young. He had private tutors and group tutors but never could he ever display enthusiasm for lesson. Finally found one that he enjoys and look forward to. The only downside is he cant miss any lesson despite sometimes it being an emergency. No make up lesson. He has to just review the lesson to learn.

it is just someone do exercise with your child method, so if parent is not lazy and put in effort to do a simple exercise with your child twice a week than exactly same as what LingoAce is doing. also, some children tend to keep silent and refuse to answer the teacher or telling their choice of answer while doing exercise with other children it can be time eating and waste a lot , i saw the playback of my child, some child just reluctant to answer and the teacher keep asking till they reply. and once time up, she just stop like that, not so effective

Hi Jasmine, thank you for your valuable feedback. Our teacher's and curriculum team have taken time to look into the playback and the teacher's performance regarding the lesson. We notice that there is a gap between the students and hence the teacher have to slow down the lesson to make sure all the students in the class are able to pick up the learning points for each lesson. The trial lesson is a way for us to access the learning aptitude of the each student. Do let the course consultant know if you wish to change a different class to suit your child.

Very good teacher ,funny way of the session ,my kid likes Miss Liang very vell. All good except the homework. It seems your homework is designed for students who speak English. A little tough for kid who's not good at English. So suggest you have both English and Chinese direction for each question.
