My kid is quite enjoying the online class. And the teacher is quite experienced. 4 kids in one class also means less opportunity to practice speaking individually though and the teacher sometimes has to rush to finish the lesson as well. If there is option of 2 -3 kids would be better. Overall is good

I love our teacher! This is very difficult if you are not a native Mandarine speaker. The sales Managers don't speak English. They also send my Chinese friend who is also using LingoAce for his son reminders for class but they have skipped me several times. I don't think this is fair. They have corrected the situation. I have also been counted absent thus losing a class point ($25) after changing a class for the day after and the cancelation did not go through.

Technical glitch during the course. Personal view is online tuition is more suitable for matured & well disciplined kids who can better stay focus on the course content. Personal coaching is still preferred for young kids in lower Primary students. Unable to commend on the contents as it was only a session experience. The overall experience is good except I have trouble access files in the format of .pptx from "review" portal on my iPad. Besides that, I can only print files in PDF. However, LingoAce has great support team, I finally have those files sent directly to me through their amazing staff. Double thumbs up to their staff!

Teachers are great, my kids like the lessons and are learning well. The app can be improved. We've had a total of 6 lessons and 3 had technical problems like getting into the classroom. They do have a technical person to resolve it quickly.

Program is good. But it is not convenient to print out homework and it is only available on Apple system.
Your app is very user friendly and I enjoy using it. The course is very interesting And interactive, and my kids like it very much and learns easily.
