CAN NOT REGISTER WARRANTY
Saturday was supposed to be delivered…
Saturday was supposed to be delivered and now it’s Monday 10:32 and still nothing!!!
The information booklets are lacking.
Unable to register product or use app
The shipping and delivery of package and the tracking were great! However, when it came time to load the app, there were problems the app would not send me an email to get a code... Also I was unable to register my product as I do not have instructions on where to find the serial number.The battery is already mounted in my boat.Now I am unable to use bluetooth
Satisfied results after initial shipping issue
There were problems in the shipment of my original order of a used battery they sell with warranty. I will say that customer service was easy to reach and we're sympathetic to The shipment issue. It took a few days but they notified me that they would be sending me a new battery in replacement of the one that failed ship.

My battery was sent to the wrong address. No effort to find who got it and no photo or sign off on who has it. This was to be my third battery from you guys but I’m very disappointed.

Battery not shipped in time
I have yet to receive my battery and it hasn’t even left the facility it was supposed to be shipped from.
The item came to me broken
The item came to me broken. I will now have to go to the difficulty of figuring out how to return the battery box. The box looked like it had been opened when it arrived. Before even opening I took a picture of the box. Almost like it was a return item and they mailed it on out to the next customer, me. The lid latch was broken on one side. Not too happy with the experience. Also took a good while to arrive ,but I’ll give them a pass on that . A blizzard rolled in up north and surely delayed travel, so not their fault.

The battery appears to be built well. It is lightweight. It properly absorbed a charge when charged. The reason for four stars instead of five is due to the attachment bolts. It is a bolt rather than a lug. The female part on the battery is not very deep. I had to outsource other bolts due to what was provided was too short.
Poor Tech support
Poor Tech support I gave only 3 stars because of you technical support. Having your inquiries routed to a non technical individual who can only give you answers from a scripted format is not "Technical" support! I came very close to cancelling my business with LiTime after realizing your company was not going to support my technical questions. New Lithium technology comes with many un-answered questions from your consumers. Every other aspect of your website, purchasing and product delivery was exceptional!
Battery arrived quickly
Battery arrived quickly. Charger didn’t arrive for almost a week later. Battery couldn’t be used until fully charged. Arrived at 3% for shipping purposes
