Had a Yuka 1500 running for a year now
Had a Yuka 1500 running for a year now, and it’s doing a great job mowing our lawn. I have had limited contact with support other than during initial setup and issues where cleared to my satisfaction. Software is OK and relatively intuitive - haven’t had any issues. Firmware releases where frequent in the beginning, but hasn’t been updates since November ‘24. Build quality is really good. All in all I can recommend Mammotion mowers.

Power supply stopped functioning after 1,5 years. A couple of mails later a new one is being sent.
First robot mower purchase
Just received the first of 2 mowers purchased. Packaging is excellent and customer service via the chat has been very responsive. Looking forward to using the robot!
My luba 2 is very impressive
My luba 2 is very impressive. Able to go everywhere very efficiently. 1 trouble during the first months of use. Send to repair center and issue fixed now.
Luba 2 is a fantastic mower
Luba 2 is a fantastic mower. Love that it does lines and saves hours through the summer. Did a lot of research before buying and delighted with choice. Small things that could be improved, would be ability to keep moving where slightly overhanging trees. Unfortunately, in a garden, this is going to happen and occasionally Luba needs rescuing. Additionally, being a little more accurate to the edges of mapped areas would save having to go out with a trimmer, periodically and tidy up the edges when they get long. Nonetheless big picture this is an amazing piece of home technology. It might seem expensive initially, but it will save you all of this money back in your own time or someone else’s labor very quickly.
A bit extra communication but worth it.
It took 2 live chats and a phone call to fully get the assistance I was needing but they took care to get my issue resolved in a professional manner.

No one deserves a 5 star. No matter what there is always room for improvement. How ever. I bought a Yuka a couple of months ago. My first automatic lawnmower. It is super easy to use wia the app. It looks cool. It does a great job. I also have the grass/leaves pickup accessorie and it works perfect. It comes with an extra battery and after i installed it the Yuka actually does the whole yard without having to recharge. I hope i am not imagining this and it is actually using the battery. I chose the Yuka over the luba because of the pickup. I love it. You can see through the camera via the app, a big plus for me. I do not regret having bought from Mammotion and not from one of the older bigger brands. I had to contact the support one time and got help and a solution after a couple of minutes. There are some small issues with positioning and the initial setup/learning curve for using it but, mapping the lawn. But i think it is mostly related to big trees and me wanting it to do something it cant do. BUT. Ill never part from my "Shredder". Yes i gave it a name :-(. If you dont have one. Get one now, you will regret it. //Thomas
Happy with the results from the LUBA 2 AWD
I bought a Mammotion LUBA 2 AWD 5000X and so far I’m very satisfied. There is still a bit of a learning curve for both the machine and me, but once the mowing areas are well-defined, it performs fantastically – fast, precise, and completely without the need for boundary wire. There is still room for improvement, especially when it comes to obstacle recognition, but in most cases it finds a good way around. The app offers plenty of settings and customization options, although the setup could be a bit more intuitive. All in all, we are very happy with our LUBA, which has already done a great job keeping the lawn looking neat.

The mammotion customer service is really good and fast in replying questions u give them. And very polite and serviceminded. Even though it took a while for them to solve my problem i still ended up feeling quiet safisfied.

Second experience with customer service and even more efficient than the first time. The problem is taken seriously and a solution is quickly provided. In my case, the charger will be replaced without a second thought.
