I placed an order with Manly T-Shirt for two coats. At the time of my order, there were no indications nor messages that either of my items was out of stock or on backorder. First, it took Manly more than 10 days to process my order. When my order was processed and shipped, only 1 item was sent while no information was given to me about my second coat awaiting shipment. Neither with my partial order that arrived nor an email to inform me. I sent them an email requesting information about a shipping date for my other coat pending on my order. That email request has thus far been ignored. I waited a couple of days for an answer but grew tired and discontent about this whole fiasco. I then immediately proceeded to request a cancelation of the pending item and an immediate refund to be given to me in the amount of the price of the second coat. This email too has been ignored. No information. No updates. No Refund. No consideration nor care given by anyone at Manly T-Shirt. I placed my order on September 27, 2025. It is now October 21, 2025 and still have not received any answers, information, nor my refund. How can anyone run a business like this. Stay away from this company. It is a scam!! Do not trust them with your business nor your money. My Manly TShirt Order Number is MT339757: I sent another emailed request for refund on my order per the response to my review from Manly T-Shirt on October 21, 2025. As of today, Oct. 22, my second request for a refund has gone unanswered. I called the Customer Support phone number and the person who answered hung up on me immediately. I redialed the phone number and my second call went unanswered. Manly T-Shirt, your response to my review is mere lip-service. You have no intention of returning my money. Order a very cool blazer/jacket on Aug 14. Promptly received order confirmation, then....nothing. Emailed multiple times. Nothing. FINALLY after two months, I found a link to a chat (phone number is China only). Finally got an agent on chat who told me, "Oh, that item is out of stock"?!?! really? two months to tell me it was OOS? Couldn't have emailed that little tid bit the day I ordered it? or shortly there after? Asked for refund - they countered with a but 10% discount on another item? LOL again - "give me my money back" - again "how does 25% discount sound"...this went on and they finally sent me money. two months and a LOT of frustratoin.

Order- MT192701 We purchased 3 items last October and when they arrived they were nothing like the photos, sizing was way too small and cheaply made, very synthetic. We reached out to try and get an address to return and get a refund within 24 hours and they refused to give me an address. Said they would refund 30% then 50% but we were entitled to a full refund as goods were not as described. I tried to dispute through PayPal but as I paid through the pay in 3 and I missed the second payment it was sent to a debt company. I have tried to dispute it in several occasions but have got nowhere and we are paying off £5 a month towards items we will never wear. I have had over 40 emails with this company and they advised it can take up to a year for a refund!! They now have told me that the refund has been processed back to a card number we have never had! They are absolute scammers with no intention of refunding. It’s been a very stressful experience. How is this company still going? AVOID AT ALL COSTS- do not buy from this company!!!!!!!!! Updated review. The email address you have asked me to contact is the one I have been emailing since October 2024. I have been speaking to Regina and Lynn all this time and have got nowhere. I ordered a jacket. They said they don't have it and offered an alternative. I said absolutely not and to issue my refund. And they just keep offering me the same thing while sating they cannot process my refund. This is a scam company.
