I have asked the merchant to refund the money for those items that I have not received. Without shame, their response to every email declining any more business, and eternal waiting, is to offer more discounts if I use the balance towards another purchase. Each time I make it clear that I do not want to do that. Their most recent response, when I share the complaint to Paypal, is that they will refund as soon as they can, and they appreciate my patience. You need patience when dealing with this company. I will try to alert potential business to stay away from these crooks.

I strongly urge all potential buyers to avoid this foreign scam website. It operates under blatantly dishonest business practices. Products are advertised as available, yet after payment is made, customers are told the item is suddenly “out of stock.” This is followed by a series of delay tactics, including repeated refusals to issue refunds and attempts to pressure buyers into selecting other products instead.
Worse still, there is no functional customer service—no phone support, no live chat, and only vague, evasive email responses (if any). This is intentionally designed to avoid accountability and stall the refund process indefinitely.
This is not a simple case of poor service—this is deliberate deception, and it should be reported to consumer protection agencies and online fraud watchdogs. No legitimate business treats customers this way. Buyers beware: this site is a complete scam.
Update : their support response below is also a lie and a scam. They have a 5 chain email with all my information and continue to ignore the refund request by sending a copy and paste response similar to the one below. They continue to engage in deceitful delay tactics without any progress whatsoever on a refund.

Easy to use and fast. There is 2 things they can improve. When you get a discount and apply it it made me pay for shipping so there was no discount. Don’t believe the fake 5 star reviews written by Manlytshirt themselves. This company is a complete scam. I’d give zero stars if I could. The items you receive (if you ever receive them) will not be as advertised and nothing more than low quality junk from China. I’ve seen better quality clothes at thrift stores.
There is no real customer service. They will not adhere to their refund policy and the only email responses you will get (if any) will be vague while not addressing the reason you’ve contacted them. The will continue to play games and stall to avoid accountability and provide customers with refunds.
