This message is directed to the scam artists of manlytshirts Eventually, all thieves and crooks get caught and pay for their evil deeds. I can’t believe I fell for this with a Facebook ad. SCAM** STAY AWAY FROM MANLY SHIRTS
Order #MT318776 I cannot express enough what a SCAM this GB based Chinese shirt company. I ordered 5 items and they only shipped 3. The quality is not what they describe/shown in website. I bet you can get far better in Temu/shein at 10 times less price. Leather jacket is joke it’s NOT Leather it’s plastic material with unusual size that doesn’t fit at all. When I ask for return they ask me to reorder with discount price. Funny thing is they never talk about my 2 items that were never delivered. Few weeks later they said my rest of the items were out of stock. I had to pick another 2 items as they all seem to be out of stock. I asked for a refund and they keep saying I have to reorder but refused to give me my money back. They never offer refund/ return but keep saying I have to reorder. Re- order again and get SCAMMED with that poor policy? They have no intention of sending me undelivered items or a refund. I hope they will be out of business soon. Stay away from this company. I wish I would have read the reviews before I got Scammed. Don't Buy from them. SCAM is their another name. Bait and Switch
Wish I read a review before placing not one, but two orders. Order #1 consisted of three shirts and each did show up. Eventually. Two came from China; one from Illinois. And, not one of them looked anything like the pictures on their website. Somehow, a red hoodie morphed into a blue button down. Size wise they were either too small or too big even though each was an Medium. Each went directly into the garbage. Then, the real fireworks began as I attempted to cancel order #2. Weeks of emails and they finally relented and gave a full refund. I so hoped they were legit but they’re not. Stay away!

BAD Customer Service
The shirt did not look how it did in the pictures. Didn't fit well and the customer service was horrible! I had to email multiple times to get a hold of someone, and they couldn't refund or exchange. The best they did was offer me 50% off of another item.

I ordered a shirt for my husband over 2 months ago and it has yet to be received. I have sent numerous emails asking for a refund and I am replied with we will gladly refund you 20%. I am appalled that this company is even still allowed to operate. I am now seeking legal action against them

Cheap quality items unlike whats advertised
Based on my own experience, they send out cheap quality products that were not representative of what they advertised. Then when you request a refund they string you along and offer you a discount on your next purchase. Based on all these review this appears to be the scam. Don't be fooled by their advertised images. The facebook post that pointed me to their website even claims these products are made in the USA, clearly they are not in my opinion. Definitely not worth the price I paid. ***Beware you have been warned*** ***UPDATE***. Funny how they seem so concerned publicly based on their response, but privately in email they couldn't care because what they are asking for in their reply was already provided in emails to them. My advice to everyone is to reach out to your Credit Card provider and supply all the relevant information just like I have done with images comparing what was advertised and whats received. They may just rule in your favour as they have just done with me. Good Luck.

The the sport jacket quality was nothing like that was presented on the website pictures: the fabric was very cheap. Also, I have an athletic build with broader shoulders and a narrow waste - and I was excited about the fit shown in the pictures because most of the models have athletic builds. The fit was nothing like the pictures. After returning the items within a day of receiving them, and following all instructions for a refund, I got the run around from customer service - response times involved weeks of back and forth with lots of excuses (and they dont answer the phone). The final response before contacting my credit card company to contest the charge was: "We will issue a refund if you don't write a review."That was the final straw. Thankfully, my credit card company reversed the charge. The products, pictures and presentation are well done, but the products are horrible - don't be tempted by them.

Dont buy here. Updated issue resolved.
I simply wanted to exchange sizes on 2 jackets. I sent 15 emails to their support email and no reply to any email. I have given up after 6 weeks. Also the products are not what you see in the pictures. I cant believe I spent hundreds on these jackets and they wont even reply. Update, they did come through and replaced the jackets. A lot of work but I will respect the conclusion and update the rating.

I purchased a leather Jacket but got a terrible product which looked like a raincoat. There was only an email address for returns and I did not get a response. It's a scam.

If you don’t want to choose something else and you ask for a refund they will tell you it will be “within 6 months”, and “take at least 6 months”!!!! You’ve been warned!!! **UPDATE** In their reply to this review they state they will issue a “priority refund”, they have emailed me 4 times saying my refund will take “half a year” and “6 months”. STAY AWAY! SCAM! I bought a jacket noted as "BUCKSKIN" and arrived as faux suede and faux leather. I requested a refund, and their responses were just runarounds. They do not have a number with which to connect. You will not be able to return the fake product.

Easy to travel
Well, I like the shirt a lot. So much that I ordered another one. I was wanting to get the light gray, but I see that it’s sold out and tried communicating with you and kept getting emails from a “Coco“ Is Coco a human being or a voice automated message because I had several questions and received the same proper but unhelpful reply every time. The shirt is a win. I rumble it into a ball and packed it for traveling and took it out shook it and it’s ready to wear. This company is a scam
This company is a scam. They items they sell seem to be used as they come without tags. The descriptions of the fabrics they use are completely false! The materials feel like cheap polyester. To top it all, one item out of three was never received and their customer service keeps asking for info and photos. They are just wasting time so you can only get an exchange and not a refund.
