it's a scam company. Don't order from them. They'll send really poor quality clothing that doesn't match the description. Then, when you want to refund/return items, they won't allow it despite their printed policy. It's been identified as a scamming organization.
Don't trust any reply they give to this review about "making it right"- it's all a show. They will 100% rip you off and you'll need to get your CC company involved.
I've been able to reverse the charge through my credit card company but it was a hassle.

Honestly, the fact that I even have to give one star is offensive. Where’s the “absolute dumpster fire” rating when you really need it?
Let’s get real: this company is the definition of a scam wrapped in a delay, dipped in disappointment, and served with a side of false advertising. Believe every negative review you’ve read — they’re telling the gospel truth. And the few positive reviews? I’m convinced those were written under duress — maybe someone’s manager stood behind them with a Nerf gun saying, “Write something nice, or it’s foam darts to the face.”
I ordered a product that was apparently “temporarily unavailable” — which I only found out after four months of silence, excuses, and vague tracking updates written in what I assume was crayon. But here’s the best part: it’s still listed as “in stock” and available for purchase today! That’s not misleading, that’s practically performance art.
When the “alternative” product finally arrived (spoiler alert: it wasn’t really an alternative, it was just… different), it looked about as close to the advertised image as a raccoon in a wig looks to Beyoncé. Not even remotely the same. I held it up next to the product photo and laughed — because crying felt too obvious.
In short: avoid this company like you’d avoid a group text about essential oils. It’s a scam, it’s slow, it’s shady, and I regret every click I made on their site. Save yourself the heartache, the wasted months, and the therapy bill.

Scam. Ordered more than a month ago. I have received nothing. I reached out for an update on the status of my order via email and got no response. I later reached out to cancel the order and suddenly got a response, refusing to refund my money and wanting to negotiate a discount with the selection of another item instead, despite the fact that the website shows I am entitled to a refund based on my order not being shipped yet. This company is a complete scam. The shirts are nothing like advertised. I bought 3 identical shirts and they all are cut totally different. The sizes are all over the place and they are made from the cheapest material possible. Absolutely poor quality clothing and horrific customer service. For weeks I have tried to return items, asking for return instructions and how to apply for a refund and they have sent multiple emails back and forth refusing to do so.
Don't buy clothing here because it is horrific quality. Not worth it! And to make matters worse they will go back and forth with you and ask the same questions over and over and never provide you return instructions and refuse to process your refund request.

I ordered a jumpsuit as a present for my husband on 4/27/25. I expected that the item may take 2-4 weeks to arrive. However I never received my confirmation of my order, so I had to reach for the order number so I could track the order. On 5/13/25, I sent another asking for a status of when we should expect the item to be shipped. I was told 5-7 days. On 5/25/25 I reached out again to find out if the item was shipped. This time they apologized and offered me a full refund. I was not asking for a refund, but since it was taking so long I agreed. Here’s the biggest issues…they told me that they could not provide me with a refund for at least 6 months. What!!! I told them that I never heard of a refund taking this long. Next I rechecked their return policy and it states 5-7 days.
Something is really wrong here.

ManlyTrend/T-shirt is a scam. Their business plan is to get you to order something from their slick website with very nice clothes and then send you some knockout version of what you ordered.
The problem is they advertise their products as “high quality” yet the actual quality is junk. I ordered a jacket and it was more of a shirt than a jacket and was missing buttons. The material was cheap and I could see through the fabric. The size is all wrong and it was a joke.
That’s not when the fun really begins. It’s when you reach out to them to do a return. They give you the runaround. They start by asking to send pictures of the clothes. Then they wait a couple of days to a week before responding and then asking to take my own physical measurements following a demonstration image that they said was attached, but it was never attached. Offering to provide a tailored solution. Which I declined and replied, I only want a refund.
Then they responded, asking me to participate in "our activities on Facebook" and then they will resend me a new one for free. Which I declined and replied I only want a refund. Then they responded after a couple of days again asking me to choose another item and that I only have to pay for shipping fees. Which I declined and replied, I only want a refund.
They haven’t responded since but basically they just keep giving you the runaround to avoid refunding you any money at all. This is what the company is. It’s a joke and a scam. Do not order from this company as the quality and customer service are both a joke.
***Update*** As they recommend in their response, I’ve emailed them several times about a “priority refund” and have received no response. Not that I was expecting one, I just wanted to warn everyone about their scam tactics to make it appear they try to right their wrongs and cover up their pathetic and disgraceful actions.

The product is dreadful, the sizing all over the place and they will not provide you with a return address, so it is little more than theft.
Since writing the above, manlytshirt have replied. To be clear, you cannot return the product you bought and they will NOT ever refund you. The product sizing is all over the place, the product quality is poor and they effectively steal your money. This is contrary to UK consumer law. I would seriously suggest shopping with a more reputable company.

I cannot express enough what a SCAM this Chinese shirt company is. I ordered 4 shirts and they only shipped 3. They said my 4th was out of stock. I had to pick another shirt 4 more times as they all seem to be out of stock. I asked for a refund for the 1 and they refused to give me my money back and asked me to pick another shirt, which I did and again out of stock. This has been going on since March 15th and its now May 28th..They have no intention of sending me a shirt or a refund. Not to mention the shirts you see on the website are not the Shit quality products you receive, if at all. Stay away from this company. I wish I would have read the reviews before I got Scammed. This company is a complete fraud. I placed a large order eighteen days ago. As of this morning I have exchanged eight emails over eight days with the company. They haven’t shipped the order, and when pressed about a refund they stall and suggest item exchanges or coupons. They only respond to one email per day, even if you respond immediately to their reply. They now claim that a refund will take six months to process and suggest I choose another item to be sent instead. $418, essentially stolen. I paid $12 extra for a “worry free purchase” add-on which promised fast refunds for any issues, including delays or wrong items. Important to note that though the website is called manlytshirt.uk it is actually based in China.
I have written to request the “priority refund” suggested in the reply to this review- no refund has been issued. I will further say that there is no possible “technical glitch” that could result in dozens of exchanged emails where the company CS staff try to convince you that an exchange or coupon is a suitable substitute for a refund for an order they never shipped at all.

This company gets a 0/10!!! I purchased a "Men's Vintage Notch Lapel Double Breasted Slim Fit Leather Coat". Ordered two 3X size jackets. They were not true to size. Ask if they could be exchanged for a 4X. They did not have size 4X. So, I requested a refund. They have refused to refund the money. I emailed them five times requesting a refund, only to receive emails for discounts on other merchandise. Exact same experience. Didn’t receive full order. When I got two of the items I ordered the quality was horrible and nothing like the pictures. They are refusing to give me a return address and refund. If anyone know’s the return address please post on here.
Well here we are several months later. ManlyTShirt replied to my review trying to make themselves look innocent and like they care, but they don’t. They are a scam. I still haven’t received a refund. I have submitted pictures to them per their request and nothing. They also will not provide a return address. Please help the innocent businesses out there by avoiding these scammers. If you go to their website, you’ll notice there is no where that you can post a review, so all of the “reviews” numbers you see on there are fake. I hope this helps someone.

My experience mirrors the others. I ordered 5 shirts and 1 one out of stock. They wanted me to pick out a replacement. After getting bad ribs, I did some reading and immediately asked to cancel the whole order. They kept giving me the run around so I just disputed the charges and got refunded by my credit card. Well they ended shipping anyway and the quality was absolutely horrific. Stitching not straight, costume grade quality, tags that didn't match. Just avoid at all costs no matter how great the pictures look.
