This company is the best!! The leather is so very soft and they communicate great!! I have the Eileen bag and the Athena and both are amazing!! Different colors and both very soft! Can’t say enough about how well they communicate and take care of a customer! Thank you for working so well with me. I got one in October and one in November and I love them both!! Seriously anything they make would be amazing to own!!

The bag did not work out - but Evan in customer service was so nice, helpful, and very understanding. Could not have had a more pleasant experience. The leather feels very nice and the bag design was excellent, I WILL DO BUSINESS WITH MINOOY AGAIN!!

Love this bag

Love this bag! Quality leather and is quite durable. Holds just what I need while traveling. My only suggestion and not a complaint by any means, would be to put the zipper pouch in the other direction. This way you don’t have to expose the entire contents when opening.

Nice purse, great quality.

I ordered this purse because I wanted something small and light but also organized. It fits easily into my laptop bag which is essential when flying and carrying on. I also ordered an extra strap. The bag and strap came beautifully wrapped. I would say comparable to when you order something from Coach. Both in their own cloth bags and then in a lovely box. So this would make a nice gift if you're looking to impress. The quality of the leather of the order is quite nice, full grain and soft. The interior is mostly canvas, which is fine. It keeps the bag from being to large and bulky. You're not going to fit your whole life in this purse so keep that in mind when choosing. It is made for the essentials.

The Erato Vintage Kiss Lock Crossbody…

The Erato Vintage Kiss Lock Crossbody Bag that I received had a great leather smell and was just what I needed in a small crossbody hand bag. The mailing time was about three week much faster than the first time order (two months). Minooy, I believe has great leather handbags, and I will be buying more.

As good as promised!

I ordered a small bag. It took a bit longer to receive than I expected, but I had read that in other reviews. The bag was everything I had hoped it would be, and I’m planning on purchasing a larger bag in the near future. The bags seemed pricey, but when compared to other leather bags of similar quality, the price is reasonable and the quality is very good.

Meh-- save your purchase for an item you can see and hold.

Meh. I purchased the Bali wallet style bag. TAKE NOTE! You will be charged an exchange fee for purchasing from the US and the site did not accept my credit card that has no exchange fees; the site does not tell you about additional fee during checkout. The bag itself is not quite what I expected because of the stiff design-- I can't really fit much in it other than cards in the slots and my mobile phone, which does indeed fit in the outside slot. However, a key fob and 1 key, chapstick/lip gloss or lipstick, pen and very small hand mirror do not fit anywhere in the bag, making it basically a very oversized wallet with a strap. Also, the stiff book-like design makes it awkward to wear as a waist wallet, as I had hoped to do. Lastly, the shipping took several weeks, and there is no verification communication--only replies if you email first. I'd say purchase locally, not with Minooy.
